Very nice tour! Informative and interesting. Loved seeing Star and Fisher island and the many celebrity homes.
Drinks were outrageously priced and seating was limited. Seats were wet and from rain. Staff should have offered towels to dry seats.

Ricky our guide was the best made the boat ride so fun! houses were gorgeous, 4-5pm is the perfect time to go you can see the sun set on the water

Very terrible experience the people working there were very rude over the phone. They did not even try to attend our issue or try to help us in anyway. They stole money from us we did not end up going on the flight and in no way did they refund us or even let us reschedule.

The boat was quite old looking but apart from that the views over the city and the trip to the VIP islands were good.
The tour guide was funny and knowledgeable, sorry I can’t recall his name.

Went there on time with Viator booking(barcode) but they didn’t let me board saying I have to have a reservation on sight before boarding.I asked for return my money but lady in the ticket both gave me a number but nobody answered the phone. I figured this is scam.

Attention! I warn against this online provider!!! The organization is catastrophic! The meeting point is very difficult to find. The information in the confirmation email and in the SMS contradict each other! The bus driver did not take us (2 adults and 2 children)! Supposedly we were not on the reservation list. The bus tour and the boat tour are different providers. During the boat tour we had to stand for 90 minutes. As I said, I can only warn against this provider. In my opinion, TripAdvisor must react.

The tour guide Antonio was excellent and the music was really good. Learned a lot about Miami and the man made islands and the many celebrity mansions on those islands. Very pleasant and enjoyable voyage.

The check in booth was very hard to find and check in was confusing because of it. It would be nice if you could provide more directions in the confirmation email or have a table next to the boat. But the tour itself was very entertaining. It was dark since it was after sunset, but seeing all of the city lights was definitely worth it.
