We went on the Bus Tour on a Tuesday and the Bay Cruise a couple of days later. The Bus Tour was good, although I found it quite difficult to take photos due to the movement of the bus. Although it was a warm day, it was very windy and so I could not keep my hat on.
We really enjoyed the boat trip around Biscayne Bay. We saw a lot of amazing houses owned by millionaires. The weather was perfect, so I was able to take a lot of photos. I was fortunate to get a seat at the edge, so was able to take photos easily with no-one obscuring my view! I also moved around the boat to take more photos. I can definitely recommend this combination.

problems with tickets for boat and after there was no bus anymore to go back. So we must book a taxi.

I'm a travel consiultant and I always recomend Viator and this slittle experience was on a free time a bussibes trip and I recomend to do alon or with company, I love it!!

This was the perfect way to see Miami! I loved the opportunity to get on and off the bus to explore. The boat tour was the best part! Beautiful weather and just a great day!

Open bus great but milanaire row to busy. Back and forward but overall good few days ..Tamara at kiosk was great help and Santiago was fun

Be aware last bus at 16:00 so early, just ridiculous…
Bus driver German &other stuff was friendly & nice 👍 like a lot the alligators

The tour was cancelled and there was no notification to those who paid for the tour until 45mins after the scheduled pickup time. We would not have known it was cancelled if we didn’t email the company questioning where the bus was. They failed to contact anyone!!!

The tyre on the bus blew. They got a new bus to collect us after a while but the top was completely full. Me and other guests decided to just walk back as there is little point in a tour through tinted windows. A empty bus should have been sent. Also missed out on the boat tour as a result of walking.

Lack of communication from the Big Bus Tour folks in relationship to the bus tour. Definitely ask them about it and get your bus tour ticket and time assignments first. We assumed the boat Tour was on the stop and by the time we spoke with someone we had done the bus tour and realized you should probably book and do the boat tour first.
