The City Tour and Biscayne Bay Cruise were GREAT! Our pre-planned trip to the Everglades was canceled on us . We were not offered a refund but told sorry your out of luck no refunds for combo tours. We were really disappointed that we were not notified of the apparent overbooking to the Everglades so we could have rearranged our plans. This makes me very sad because VIATOR has never let me down before. Because of this I cannot recommend the Miami combo tour with my usual 5 stars.

I only gave 4 star because they cancelled the last tour of airboat through the Everglades. I was disappointed because my family really wanted to go. I was not able to do the next day because we were leaving that night so they give me a voucher to go another day but now I have plan another trip when I live 3 hours away and my family 12 hours away. The other tours where fantastic, if your going to Miami it's a must.

Got to see most of Miami in a short time. It was great value for money but alot of waiting around and we didn't finish until 8pm. We were told to get to the starting point at 8.30am and didn't leave till 9.30am. We ended up on the boat trip last but it was dark by then.

We arrived 35 min before tour was to depart only to be told that the Everglades part of tour (airboat ride) was cancelled due to capacity reached. I had a reservation for months and was a fully paid customer group of 4. I asked about a refund, so she had me fill out a form to have Viator help. Then we embarked on the bus for city tour but they had no room on top- you guessed it- it was filled to capacity. We couldn’t see the buildings well like the others. Tour guides were friendly and informative. Enjoyed both the city bus tour and Biscayne bay boat tour. BUT, if it’s not guaranteed you have a spot why sell it as such? Family was disappointed about the air boat ride cancelled, but the other two were good. Not sure visitor should be working with this vendor: Miami double decker.

Boat tour and bus hop on hop off bus tour were informative. The Everglades tour was canceled because it was sold out for the day, it was not very organized getting us back to our car and it was a bummer we didn’t get to the Everglades

Not well coordinated. Driver dropped us off for boat tour. Had to wait for boat tour rep to come. Driver was 40 minutes late picking us up and then brought us back to office instead of proceeding to Everglades. We were told the government shut down the Everglades boat tours for maintenance but the competition was selling tickets for the Everglades tour while we were waiting 40 minutes for our bus.

It was too fast paced no time to eat or use the restroom. It’s difficult with kids if it’s only couples then u can take it

Things were late; they had to replace the bus in the middle of our tour and didn’t explain to us what was happening. They never came to get us for the Everglades part of it as it turned out Everglades was closed. Stood around forever for the bus and then finally some of us made a phone call and found out Everglades was closed. Now I need to figure out how to get my money back from that.

Overall the organization is bad. In the afternoon a lady who is working in the main office persuade tourists to board a over-crowded double deck bus and threaten people with the word "If you do not board the bus, you may not be able to get on the next bus.....". Why did you over book the trip without good organization and enough buses? They did not allow tourists the time for lunch until 4:30pm. In Little Havana, the tour guide did not allow people to tour the place as they like, instead he led the group spend too much time buying coconuts from a peddler (he may actually knows him) and in a bar. This is our second trip in 2 years and last time the tour guide gave people 45 minutes in the area, allow them freely sightseeing the area, as long as they come back within the pre-announced time window. Anyway, it is a bad experience about this family trip. I would not recommend this trip to any of my friends and relatives. The quality of the combo trip is getting worse.

Great tour as a wheelchair user. Lots of help at hand and the chair was not an issue.
Loved little Havana on the tour. Best mojito ever and a couple of nice cigars bought on route.
