I wish I could say we had a good experience but we never got our tour. We received an email the night before out tour to tell us their bus broke down in Key West. We were asked to change our tour from a Saturday to Sunday. The email stated that if we couldn’t they would issue us a refund. We had a flight to catch on Sunday & the change of date was impossible & I sent an email reply right out for the refund request. I have yet to hear back or get a refund from this company. They don’t answer any phone numbers I have found & called. I’ve sent out more than a couple emails with no response. The tour was scheduled for April 20th & it is May 17th without any contact or refund of our money.

The tour was great!
Very nice, very informative and very accommodating.
The almost 4.5 hours flew by.
He takes you to places you would never have visited on your own.

Great tour. Our guide, Hagen, was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable about the history of South beach and Miami city. Took us to many different locations. Financial district, Stars Island, the wealthy part of town and not so wealthy and many other spots. Had a great time.

We did the Miami sightseeing tour in German with Hagen and it was just super exciting, even our teenagers really enjoyed it. We saw a lot. In a small group and a very pleasant, personal atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We were in Miami with Banana Joe Tours yesterday - we are a family with 2 adults and 2 children.
It was great!
We saw a lot of Miami and Hagen, our guide, was able to tell us a lot of interesting details.
Our group was very small and the tour was in German.
We particularly liked the mix of the tour by bus and getting off and exploring the individual stations! It was also possible to go out for ice cream with the children in between.

We were also allowed to do the tour with Hagen. We were picked up almost on time in a comfortable and very eye-catching bus.
What followed was 5 hours of entertainment in which there was not a single boring moment.
I would never have thought that the city was so diverse.
From the ghetto to the beach to Star Island, we were able to see everything and listen to explanations and tips from Hagen. There were also tips and photo spots.
I'm not really a fan of city tours or anything like that, but this was really a success all round and no comparison to the usual hop-on and off tours which are hardly any cheaper.
Fully recommendable
