Came because there is no other lounge after security. The PP lounge is PRE-clearance, so don't miss that (though we were told we could exit and come back). AMEX did allow a guest at this location when I came. I came Dec 2023 around 1130am. There are all these areas that say "reserved", but for who? There was a waitlist (I waited about 45 minutes) before I got a text to come. When I entered and saw all these "reserved" tables and I'm looking around like, "why can't I sit at that more comfortable two-seater?". Doesn't really make sense. I hope AMEX opens a centurion here. I would GLADLY go there. Bartender is LOVELY and attentive, though! (AMEX, bring him along please).

Great experience in the lounge with great food and premium adult beverages were had. We received excellent customer service from Ray who made sure our experience in the lounge was a great experience.

One of the workers, Aldo, was very friendly and helpful for me and my family. he gave us some tips and places to visit and things to try at our next destination in mexico. He was incredibly positive and out going.

We had a 3hr layover waiting for our connevting flight to Veracruz. We stopped in and relaxed with a light breakfst, expresso and conncted to the wifi to get some work done. Very pleasant lounge, with great service from Aldo and German. Thank you both, gracias!

Very glad a made a reservation ahead of time. Avoided a long wait. They had a reserved table for us. Small buffet with hot and cold food available that was tasty. Drinks available and waiter was very attentive.

Huge disappointment, bartender was acting like he is doing you a favor, very rude. Lack of snack options (when I say lack, I mean they only had sweet breads and tiny tiny little cuts of chocolate pudding) For your hot options when we arrived they had bland seafood rice, and over salted beef. Salad station was empty, they had Alfredo pasta station which was empty too, they did refill after 1.5hrs. No consistency, if you want to avoid crowd up in the terminal then this is the place, other than that nothing special, comparing to other countries and options they have and service they provide, Cancun definitely missing on that, rude and unprofessional staff

Every table was covered in empty glasses and dirty plates. The girl at reception didn’t look up from her phone for 2 seconds the entire time we were there including while haveing issues with the app to check in. There were at least 4 people working, place wasn’t busy. Probably the worst lounge experience I’ve had. At least 10 tables with reserved signs on them and nobody ever showed up to use them. Not impressed to say the least. I did happen to see the Instagram app opened on her phone while walking by.

The lounge itself was great, friendly staff, decent food and drink selection and peaceful but... My airline app had said the flight was delayed an hour, flightstats said even longer yet the screen in the lounge told me it was boarding...
So I had to go down to the gate and then sit there for over an hour when I could have been in the lounge. So I'll be honest I feel cheated out of an hour that I'd paid for in the lounge.
So if the lounge could have up to date flight information to allow paying guests to maximise their time it'd be much better

Lots of little kids running around like crazy all over the place. Parents not seeming to care. Food wasn't great, but drinks were good.
Place was packed so so hard to find a space to sit down
