The communication from this travel company is poor. We were told via Viator that pickup would be at 7:30am but the pickup didn’t arrive until an hour later. In the meantime we were worried we were left behind and when contacting the company via viator (since we never received a phone number ) there was no response. Once picked up the tour guide was nice but the trip was disappointing because we weren’t able to see the last stop (Christ) and because we felt like we did unnecessary stops in some places and too short time in other locations. Would not do this tour again but it was good enough for a short trip in Mendoza.

THE GUIDE EXPLAINED THE TRIP WELL
THE FOOD WHERE WE STOP WAS VERY EXPENSIVE AND HORRIBLE
AND THE PRICE WAS IN PESOS AND WHEN IT ARRIVED ON THE CARD IT ARRIVED IN DOLLARS

The actual itinerary does not match the description. According to description, this tour will go through Aconcagua Provincial Park and walk to Horcones Lake, but we actually only stopped at a viewpoint outside the park gate for a short time, never enter the park. And we did not go to the Christ the Redeemer Statue mentioned in the description. I raised the issue with my guide, but she told me that enter the Aconcagua Provincial Park and visit to the Christ the Redeemer Statue are not included in this tour, which does not match the description at all. In addition, the guide was one hour late for the pick up

We were a group of 12 mostly Argentinian’s. I am bilingual, so there was no need for English, but she did offer.. the driver as well as the tour guide were amazing and it was a lot of fun and very interesting.

Very interesting. 1 off bucket list. Stopped at restaurant for lunch...salad, many options to fill your plate, a drink and desert. Food great, for 3100 pesos. Make a few stops., guide does decent t job of explaining in English and you get to 3850m high into mountains.

Seeing the Aconcagua for the first time. Always wanted to see that mountain. But the whole road trip was an experience with the sight of mountains of shapes and colors. And then the climb, by bus, to the Cristo Redentor monument, with the dirt road snaking higher and higher close to 13K feet…it’s awesome. Oh, and the guide, Abigail, made it even better. She was full of information.

I was concerned this trip would mean most of a day on a mini-bus. Although it did, the sites explored off the bus could have only been accessed after a lot of driving and were exquisite to observe.
The guide went out of her way to include me as the only English speaker and was knowledge. No hesitation in commending this to other travellers

We booked this tour the day before going (which we do with every tour we’ve ever done) I not only emailed twice but also text 3 different numbers provided to confirm the pick-up would be at our apartment, if not where it would be. Nobody got back to us at all, pick-up was at 7:30am, it got to 7:40am and I called one the numbers and they finally replied. They gave me the number of the tour guide, she initially had no idea what was going on so I messaged the business number again. There was a huge miscommunication between them both and we were supposed to have been told pick-up was 7:20 20 mins away from our apartment. They had told us it was now too late to get us and that we couldn’t go. A huge disappointment as we only went to Mendoza for 1 full day to do a tour around the Andes! Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They assured us a refund but still yet to get it. Spend a little bit more money and go with someone else!
