Fantastic 1 night trip! I went 30th December with Dave running the boat, he made sure we got the best experience at Whitsundays he timed it to get the least about of people of the island for photos and took us too this amazing little area. The following day we did 3 snorkel sports and sunrise, making sure we got as much in as possible. He made every part of the trip enjoyable, through different jokes. This trip is great for everyone families, couples, solo and friends. Dave and the crew go the extra mile when they can. I loved it thanks, from “shazzaaa”.

Definitely a great experience Very much on the cost saving side of holidays but with the best views of Sunset's Sunrises, early morning Whitehaven beach tour was sensational being there on our own, Well organised tour, with snorkeling, basic good food, more than accommodating for all dietary needs. Deck hand Amen and Fabian were on the toes to please and help run a great ship . Captain Dave was swearalious but also very humorous and informative. We enjoyed our basic backpackers accommodation even as a middle aged couple. Thank you team Matador

We really enjoyed our overnight trip on the Matador. Captain Fraser and his crew Milga, Fabian (and Juliet!) really looked after us. The food was excellent throughout and there was always leftovers for the bigger eaters. Below decks the Matador is basic but ok for one night and it was nice to be offered a double bunk.
We had mixed weather but it would have been good to have been told the plan each day a bit more clearly. We did manage to get Whitehaven beach in the sunshine on the first day, followed by 3 snorkelling spots on the second day. Would have preferred to spend more time under sail but conditions dictate.

The whole trip was absolutely fantastic. We went for a snorkel two times and saw Whitehaven Bay and the Hill Inlet Lookout quite early but there were no people yet and the view was incredible. The crew was very welcoming and friendly. I absolutely recommend that experience.

Captain Dave is a legend. Felt like i was in a disney movie. We spend 2 days and 1 night on the boat. And made some amazing memories and great photo’s. We saw dolphins, turtels, sharks, rays and a ton of fish and coral.

We enjoyed every minute of it! An amazing trip led by amazing guides that put in the extra effort to make it an unforgettable trip. We had so much fun with the group and I would recommend anyone considering going to the Whitsundays. Music, games, hotspots for photos: all in all, 100% good times!

Absolutely incredible trip! They woke us up to watch the sunrise and it was so amazing and the captain got us on Whitehaven beach before anyone got there, we had the beach to ourselves for atleast 30 mins before the swarm of others turned up.
I’m vegan and they catered for me so amazingly, the food was delicious!
Absolutely loved this trip so much, a memory I’ll keep forever, thank you Matador ?

Amazing tour! Booked myself and my boyfriend onto the 1 night 2 day Matador Whitsundays tour and we loved it. There were 21 of us in total and 3 crew members on board. There was a lot packed into the 2 days which was great; Snorkelling Great Barrier Reef, Whitehaven beach, Inlet Lookout points, Langford Spit, 5am sunrise. The food was great and accommodated vegetarians and vegans on board. Dave was a character but he already knows that. He made the trip very memorable (don't be afraid to give him some back). Not a major party boat and definitely for people aged between 18-30. Met some great people and made memories for life.

Had an incredible ocean adventure thanks to the fantastic crew, especially Captain Dave. Dave had put together an unforgettable experience including snorkeling with beautiful fish, seeing turtles, sting-rays, sharks and dolphins. We also slept under the stars, which added a magical touch to our journey. A special highlight was being the first to arrive at Whitehaven beach, which was an unforgettable experience. When we came back to land, the crew had planned a fun evening with drinks and dancing at one of the local bars. I highly recommend this trip for anyone seeking a great adventure filled with beautiful landscape, relaxation, and top-notch service. Thanks Captain Dave and co.!
