Had a great tour. Both of the guides were very friendly, funny, engaging and knowledgeable. They waited for me and called me when I managed to leave the meeting spot with the wrong tour. The whole group enjoyed all of the dishes, and had a great time. They even served a home cooked dish which you wouldn't be able to get unless you know someone that lives here. Only downside, they try to kill you with the amount of food included, lol. Highly recommended!

We were disappointed in the tour. The Guide was about 45 min late. He was not very informative and spent most of his time talking to his partner. The tour was unorganized and we wasted a lot of time finding enough chairs to sit to try the food. We went to places that had a lot to be desired with sanitation. The tour was not accommodating to Vegans even though the tour description said it is accommodating. We left the tour early, as did others, because it was disorganized and disappointing.

We took a food tour in Rabat and it was exceptional so we were disappointed in this tour.

We are traveling Americans and always never shy from street food. We booked this tour on our last night in Marrakech and had no regrets! Our guide Muhammad was so polite and informative, even went about his way to take us through shortcuts to avoid all the big crowds. Every dish was amazing! I am a huge believer that if you don't come home smelling like the street food, then you messed up, and oh we sure came back smelling delicious! Highly recommend!

Will post my experience on IG @datfoodporn

Do not eat before you go on this tour!! I was so full afterwards, I didn't finish the last few things we ate even though they looked delicious. Will say they were not able to accommodate a vegetarian diet, and didn't let me know until within an hour of the tour starting, but I did book the day before so it might have just been because it was last minute. Just plan ahead! The majority was veggie-friendly though, so if you aren't super strict about it you'll be fine regardless and the meat options you could have relatively small portions of anyway. Fantastic food, the group you're with definitely makes the tour though. Lovely way to spend an evening and learn a bit more about Marrakech's food scene.

The lovely thing about this tour is that you are taken through the souks and alleyways to the traditional stalls which enables you to experience the atmosphere and smells and feeling of the city. You are also taken around the ancient city of Marrakech after dark to see what real people in their environment which you probably would not see just visiting the city.

What made this tour was talking to others in the group as it was a lovely group. The guide was late and they were both lovely but this tour was not worth it for what you get. I booked the tour as there were reviews there were plenty of vegetarian options and although there were a few it wasn't worth it. There were olives, savoury fried doughnut and then one with egg, soup and white beans, smoothie and 2 mini pastry things, it was also bread heavy. I was also told after telling them I was vegetarian that they he had not received information about that so might be worth messaging if you book and have a dietary requirement as clearly the box when booking doesn't work, though I don't think it wouldve made a difference, I assume its the same stops anyway. I didn't particularly like being asked to try the tangier as it has converted vegetarians and someone with a dairy intolerance being told it has a little butter in it so you will be fine which is a bit disrespectful to someone's intolerance that could be harmful to someone. It was not much of a walking tour either, you walked pretty fast and nothing to see really.

Wonderful tour of Marrakech not only for the food (which was amazing) but the knowledge and friendliness of the guides too. We made friends in the group and went away feeling well fed and educated in the most fun way. The guides even made sure we got back to our accommodation safely.
