The palace was beautiful as were the tombs. The intricate plaster looked like lace. And we loved the painted cedar wood ceilings. This tour was billed as a car tour. In reality, it was a walking tour with drop off near the activities. We understand that was necessary in the Median, but the description should list that.

Aziz is a lovely guy and we had a really good day with him. He was very knowledgable about the sites we visited.

Our private guide Abdul and his driver Muhammad collected us from our hotel for our 5 hour custom-made tour of Marrakech. We started our adventure at the Jardin Marjorelle then headed to the Madrasa Ben Youssef (Islamic college built in the 14th century). Abdul found many photo opportunities for us from his experience in doing these tours. He also was very happy to use both of our cameras to give us photos to take home. Muhammad drop us off very close to our destinations and was ready and waiting to collect us at the end of each visit. The car was very comfortable with Muhammad demonstrating excellent driving skills in the crazy traffic of Marrakech. Abdul seemed to be very well connected throughout the Medina allowing us to explore at our leisure. They were able to provide us comprehensive historical information and answered all of our questions through their excellent English skills. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

My family and I had a wonderful experience on this tour. Our guide was Hamza and he was friendly, punctual, and passionate about the history of Marrakech and Morocco. He made sure that my family and I were able to get the most out of our 5 hour experience and recommended very nice spots to visit after our tour as well. If you are thinking about seeing the highlights of Marrakech then make sure you book this tour and ask for Hamza.

Abdul was an excellent and knowledgeable guide giving us much insight into the history of Marrakech. It was nice to have the history when visiting the locations that we would have not had otherwise! Mohammed was a great driver too navigating the chaos that is Marrakech and its Medina. Both were professional and I’d recommend this tour to get a great overview of Marrakech. The only downside was visiting the rug shop in the souks, while nice to learn about the different styles and techniques the high pressure sales pitch was not welcome as we had no interest in purchasing a rug. Still it was a great tour thanks to Abdul!
