The tour company did not provide ticket and ended up getting refund. I had to chase the vendor contact and in afternoon they called and asked if I still need the ticket that I paid for.

Disappointing, there is only a small portion of the sky garden available for viewing. Given the cost per person, we didn't think it was good value.

A great way to see Singapore. Wonderful 360 degree views of the city and the sea. Entry was simple if you pre-book tickets. You can stay as long as you like once you are up there.

We stayed in Singapore a few days after our cruise. We decided to go to the observation deck at the top of the hotel to check out the view. I will say that it is one of the best ways to see Singapore. You get a 360 degree view of this amazing city. It was a clear day so we could see for miles (or kilometers for some).
The hotel itself is amazing; beautiful décor. I can see why it is such a destination.

After reading a few reviews we took the advice of others and visited just before sundown. This way we got to see Singapore during the day, sunset and evening. Certainly worth a look! I actually think I enjoyed the view from here much more than from the Flyer.
There is a place to grab a drink and food, sit back and just take in the scenery.
Word of warning, don't go sticking your phone over the edge, a woman did this right in front of us and dropped her phone, not worth smashing it or potentially hitting people below. You can easily take great photos without risking it.
Highly recommend grabbing a snack, Singapore Sling and sitting back taking it all in.

visited the place on 18th april with my family.
The access to the deck is through lifts going to the 56th floor of the building. They also provide souvenier photos etc for a fee.
The deck is huge and offers breathtaking views of the city. The deck is however only partially accessible for the guests who take the ticket for the viewing deck.( auite a bit of the deck is only accessible to the hotel guests )
Not many places to sit and spend some time here. plus not much shade so can get very hot during the afternoon.

You are only permitted to go to the deck and prohibited from accessing the bar. The idea of making the journey up for a drink overlooking the area is denied unless you’re a hotel guest.
