The view is lovely but honestly it feels like a tourist trap. It’s was an expensive 10 minutes. There is no shade so go early or later in the day. I saw a maximum of 10 seats. Limited drink options and no food options. I wouldn’t put this high on my to do list in Singapore.

Booked this via Tripadvisor and e-tickets arrived evening before. Went at midday and queue moved ok. Great views to put things in perspective. Unfortunately the roof bar is only open to residents of the hotel. It would have been nice to have lunch but guess you have to book separately. Maybe it’s different in the evening. No more than an hour if you are just looking for. Did the gardens beforehand as you can walk between the two

Despite a complication with the allocated times due to a venue issue trip advisor customer care sorted out the problem immediately and to our full satisfaction. Brilliant service.

The tour company did not provide ticket and ended up getting refund. I had to chase the vendor contact and in afternoon they called and asked if I still need the ticket that I paid for.

Disappointing, there is only a small portion of the sky garden available for viewing. Given the cost per person, we didn't think it was good value.

A great way to see Singapore. Wonderful 360 degree views of the city and the sea. Entry was simple if you pre-book tickets. You can stay as long as you like once you are up there.

Since I couldn't stay at the hotel, I paid and went to the observation deck! It was about 3,000SGD on the travel ticket site KLOOK.
Of course, it's not an infinity pool, but only one section at the eastern end. There is an observation restaurant, but the chairs and benches are full, including the benches on the deck, because the previous customers don't move. We have no choice but to sit directly along the transparent outer wall.
The view overlooking the small Merlion to the north and the trees of Gardens by the Bay to the south is worth the price. Sunset and dusk may be the best time. You can also specify the entrance time in two sections, before and after 5pm, in 30-minute increments. However, I was annoyed when the old man checking the web ticket in front of the elevator on the first floor said, "This specified time is Japan time, so you can enter in an hour." I protested to another guy and struggled with my poor English to explain that it was local time (sweats)
The ticket company was adamant that "we won't refund you even if it's closed due to bad weather," and an overbearing guy was blocking my way, so I was pretty satisfied, but I guess you also need some luck... I wish you all the best (laughs)
