Do NOT book with this company. We booked our ride weeks in advance. We were told to arrive 15 min early, they left us standing alone in the dark at the edge of Central Park and were a COMPLETE NO SHOW. We called, they had zero record of our reservation despite us having the confirmation number and all contact info attached to our ticket. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! $460 charged to our credit card…romantic evening with my wife COMPLETELY RUINED!!!!!

We paid 460.00 for this trip, i received numerous messages to be there 15 minutes before out scheduled time which was at 9:00 pm on 1/7/24. We arrived at 8:40 pm waited until 9:04pm before i called the number on our reservation. The individual that answered the phone was ride and states he had no record of the booking even though i had a booking number. He stated i would be refunded 100% of the money within 3-5 days but was extremely rude and made no effort to fix the situation. I would not recommend this company or ride at all as they are a complete fraud

Driver did all he could to please us. Smooth ride. Beautiful sights. Warm under blanket. Next time in NYC will do it again.

We DID NOT get a carriage ride from Top Hat. There were at least THREE groups who had signed up and paid for a carriage ride with this same vendor. No one showed up for any of us! We ended up paying for a completely new carriage ride with another carriage, as it was our farewell activity for our NYC trip with our 10 year old granddaughter. Never again! I have used Viator before with great results, but they clearly are not on top of what is happening with this particular tour.
This is a SCAM, don’t fall for it!!

This was ridiculous. There was no one from Top Hat there and other people were trying to cover the many people who had reservations. Total waste of money because the Magical Night Time through CP and Rockefeller Center doesn’t exists. The people who were attempting to make sure people got their rides did a “long route” through Central Park which has no Christmas lights whatsoever. Extremely disappointed and will not book anything through Trip advisor again. My child was so disappointed.

Company (TopHat) was a no show. Multiple families and customers were there and could not find them. You call the provided number- and it would go directly to a VM box that was not set up. Scammed. We did get our money back but that is not the point.
