We were a group of eight friends from UK who were eager to experience the Royal Palace via a tour with IBE led by Lydia. She is an excellent guide , a local with very clear English diction and a good speaking voice. She mixes the Royal history with some stories around the Royal personalities. Lydia prepared us for an initial wait to go through security before the tour could begin, as well as certain rooms that were very small. Everyone in our group really enjoyed the experience and were amazed by Lydia’s memory and historical recall!

Benny (Benito) was the best guide ever! He was fun and explain everything in detail. He knows how to handle big groups and take care of all our questions

Ismael our guide was very knowledgeable. The tour was on time lasted about 90 minutes.,it was not too long or too short. You are seeing the tip of the iceberg since there are 3000 rooms

My friends and I were really excited to see the tour but we missed the appointment and the tour guide refused to reschedule us or offer a refund but insisted we pay for the tours again. Poor customer service. Very disappointing.

A not to be missed tour while in Madrid.
The Palace was spectacular made extra special by our fabulous guide Andrea who really knew her stuff on the history of the Palace and the Kings and Queens who lived here.
Our tour was around 2 hours. Andrea introduced each room we visited (around 20 of the 3,400!). She was brilliant and brought the history of each room to life.
My favourite was the banqueting room, massive collection of clocks and the music room with amazing violins - priceless.
Don’t miss the Armoury. Amazing collection in here.
All in all 10/10. Don’t miss out get it booked

Great tour - Crowded but not the guide's fault. I think our guide was Fabio - he was wonderful! Funny and knowledgeable with great suggestions. Seeing the beauty of the palace is worth the crowd - amazing!
