Don't waste your precious time. The headphone consoles on the back of many of the seats don't work, so, when the bus is packed, you are stuck there and can't change seats, and left wondering what you are looking at. Nobody seemed to care and when I requested a $125 refund from the company, they quickly denied the request! Working through my credit card company now for the refund. Stay away!

A good way to see the city when you only have a few days, specially for seniors like us. We could see where we wanted to go back to visit.

We used Hop on and Hop off in Barcelona, Genoa Italy, Madrid. We had so much fun to sit and enjoy all the views in all these places. ❤️❤️❤️

Bus was packed the sound was not working. Could not follow anything. Total disaster. Second day waited over 45 min for the bus and gave up

Radio earpiece on bus did not work in either of the two slots during the first trip. All i heard was stop numbers over loud speakers. Took second bus on a different route and everything functioned as designed Second bus met expectations

Decent way to see the city, but the audio system didn't work consistently, staff weren't particularly helpful, and even when the audio system did work, thee wasn't much information shared, except a bizarrely long segment on bullfighting. If you're short on time, it's better than nothing.

The Hop on Hop off is our go-to way of getting an overview of a new city. The Madrid tour met our expectations as we were able to see the main sights and get on and off the bus at those stops we felt were more interesting.

Pablo took us on a tailored, well-thought-out journey through the formation of the cubists with special attention to Dali and Picaaso. He shared many bio insights about the painters which applied to specific works. And he helped us. Navigate the rest of our day, too.

This was great for our last day in Madrid. It helped us visit the places that we weren't able to get to during our other tours. And the best part was that it was on our own time. The only issue was the bus can get a bit crowded at times so try to get on at the beginning or towards the end to make your way around.

I had a decent experience with Madrid City Tour while visiting the city. I see people reporting problems regarding finding bus stops, and I found that to be a hassle too, but instead we just signalled the bus to stop when we couldn't find the bus stop and they did.

We also didn't have an issue of the availability of buses and time of arrival of buses as reported by some, maybe that's just the travel season.

The bus app is a bit slow, though it functioned all right. Would love if they can add the feature of showing your current location so finding the bus stops would be easier.

The warmness of staff varied. For example, one of the guides gave detailed explanations of each stop and recommendations to everyone on the bus, she seemed really enthusiastic and passionate, definitely felt the warmth on that ride. On another ride, the guide grabbed everyone's tickets and basically put on an angry face, it seemed as if she was being sarcastic but she was not.

Hopefully they do some refinement around their operational system, as it has a lot of potential to be improved. Would still recommend though!
