Very lifelike wax figures! The artists who created the figures did an AMAZINGLY GREAT job!! I only wish Prince had been in the museum.

It's not worth the money.
Although the skill to create these wax figures is incredible, I was just bored of the experience. Big focus on modern artists. Being 53. I just wasn't interested in most of the figures. The most interesting thing was reading about the artists.

It was cool. The interaction areas were fun but a little tricky to get done. We didn’t expect it to be so interactive and it made it better.

Loved it! The figures were so life like. We had fun taking pictures with the "stars" and were surprised at how small they were. The aquarium was very well done and so cool to share that experience with my husband

Great selection and well laid out but was not aware that we would have to wait in line to get in for 45 mins (including part of it outside in the rain) even though we had bought tickets in advance the day before. It could have been improved with better staffing to help keep the line moving and not appropriate to expect people to wait in the rain. You can take as much time as you want when you are inside and great fun

Amazing place to entertain yourself and get some pictures. Super helpful staff who even offered to take our pictures at multiple stops. Doesn’t take more than an hour.

We've been to this wax museum soooo many times over the last few years and each time it seems even better seeing as they change out some of the statues and add in new ones. My kids love taking pictures with their favorite celebrities and ask to go back every time we visit Orlando.

We were so very disappointed with Mandy the manager at the wax museum. Because our 6 year old had to make an emergency trip to the bathroom (and stand in a long line) to poop we arrived at 5:03. The sign in BOLD letters says open until 6 pm and then below in finer print last entry at 5 pm. We are talking 3 lare minutes for a trip from New Jersey. I asked to speak to the manager and by the time the nice gift shop lady got in touch with the manager and she got to us it was 10 after. We were told that she could not scan in our already purchased tickets ( a manager can't scan a pass?) and that the scanner people left at 5 pm. Man were they fast. And that " the last group is more than 1/2 way through.". It seems they are jogging through. She offered us no refund or assistance. No one verbally told us about the attractions closing at 5 pm when we bought the ticket.
I was so very disappointed with the lack of assistance and loss of money. I will NEVER be back and warm as many people as I can with the terrible service.

The museum itself was amazing. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and informative. They were dead on with the wax figurines. I enjoyed everything about this place and would highly recommend everyone visiting.

It was a great place for a lone traveler. I like the place was busy but still you get time to take pictures with your favorite celebrities. It was better than London one, and the shop has some incredible things to buy!
