Eddy was my tour guide and he was phenomenal. The detailed wealth of knowledge he shared while on the tour was incredible. Eddy was also a Fabulous photographer! 😝 Fredi was the coordinator who was communicating with me every step of the way and it ended up being a private tour lol, but thankfully they did not cancel on me. That was appreciated. The drivers were also helpful and courteous. Wonderful day.

As a solo traveler’s first time in Peru, it can be daunting to figure out the logistics of getting from Cusco to Machu Picchu. Fortunately all my concerns and worries were all put to the rest with Fabricio and Franklin guiding me throughout the day. As I researched on TripAdvisor, one concern I had was getting lost in the shuffle from my tour operator transferring from car to train to bus to get to Machu Picchu. This was never the case here and I always felt safe and looked after.
Franklin was an amazing driver and I always felt safe on the road and him behind the wheel. He even went above and beyond knowing that I didn’t have a face shield (which is mandatory on the train) and purchasing one for me at the train stop. It’s the little things like this that makes you feel taken care of.
I can’t say enough good things about Fabricio as my tour guide throughout the day. From the moment he picks you up from the train stop, he made sure to give the rundown of the itinerary and answer any questions I might have. At Machu Picchu, not only was he extremely knowledgeable but he also knew all the lesser known spots to take amazing photos of Machu Picchu. Without Fabricio, I would have glossed over a lot of what Machu Picchu has to offer. On the return trip back to Cusco, he waited with me at the train stop and on the car ride back even purchased a corn snack to share the local delicacies with me. Again its the little things like this that separates the good tour operators from the great.
Fabricio and Franklin made my day trip to Machu Picchu an unforgettable one with their punctuality, care and professionalism. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a tailored tour to Machu Picchu that is fully dedicated to you.

Very professional service and focused on details to make it an overall great experience. Everything was taken care of - tickets, transportation, meal, etc - which was great for me as I was on short time (2-day trip). The team is great, friendly and open to your needs/concerns.

Simply all of it! All the handlers and tour guide were extremely helpful friendly and very informative. The weather gods also helped a little. Was a beautiful day and an incredible experience. I have wanted to do this since I saw pictures in National Geographic when I was about 3 YO.

Booked this one day tour because we had limited time in Cusco. Everything went perfectly despite all the logistics involved. Fredi had all our tickets and resverations booked and printed out in nice packets. Everything was organized to a t. Our guide at machu picchu, Fabrizio, was amazing. So nice, knowledgeable, and was very patient as he took all sorts of photos for us - all of which turned out great. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed.

Went for a full day tour with Michael which was the highlight of our trip to Peru. Michael is extremely knowledgeable about the area and catered the trip to our exact interests. Highly recommend
