Luxury Yacht Charter : Dubai Marina, Atlantis The Palm & Burj Al Arab

Catamaran cruise in the Exumas Islands, from January 27 to February 4, 2024, with Dream Yacht Charter.
Everything went correctly. Where the downside hurts is in the use of the famous “on-board box”. We were 12 friends who had each been asked for €290 for this “jackpot”. The amount is therefore approaching €3,500!!
We petted two sharks (10USD/pax) and swam in a natural aquarium (the sign said 12USD/swimmer). We bought bags of ice cubes twice and slept at the dock in a semblance of a port one night due to the weather... Add it up... we are very far from €3,500!!!
And there, both Dream Yacht and the agency we went through (Globesailor)....RADIO SILENCE!! For almost 3 months since we returned, no one, despite our emails and other telephone conversations, has been able to explain to us the use of this on-board crate. We were told that the Aix en Provence office of Dream Yacht was asking the Nassau branch to get us an answer....we were kindly "led"!
I forgot....on the way back DYC just demanded a tip for the skipper and the cook. They suggested that a tip of 15% of the cruise amount was appropriate!!! After negotiation, we managed to ONLY pay 150USD/pax, or 1800 dollars tip!!!
You will have understood that for our future trips at sea (we are fans of this catamaran concept), we will without hesitation turn to the competition!!

We had a superb cruise experience. The crew on board was incredibly helpful and made the trip one of my favorite experiences in Dubai. I enjoyed every single minute of it, especially the evening yacht sail which had a fantastic vibe. The food served on the yacht was delicious, and the staff's hospitality was truly excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your trip, as they will ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for you

We decided to book a luxury yacht cruise to celebrate my wife's birthday, making it our first experience enjoying ourselves together on a yacht. The crew on board was absolutely phenomenal, providing us with exceptional service throughout the journey. Before setting sail, they gave us a detailed briefing, and even the guide took some wonderful pictures of us during the cruise. The music played on the yacht was terrific, creating a delightful atmosphere. We were conveniently picked up at the iconic Burj Al Arab and later dropped off at Dubai Marina, making the entire experience even more convenient and enjoyable.

We booked a luxury yacht cruise with a renowned company in the Top 10. It was our first tour together as a couple in Dubai, and we were pleased to find the cruise to be exceptionally clean and tidy. The captain displayed a high level of professionalism, and the crew members were extremely helpful throughout the journey. They even took numerous pictures of us in picturesque locations, which greatly delighted my wife.

The Yacht crew were wonderful .They were very nice and took great picture of us during the cruise .The biggest disappointment was we were given the wrong meeting point and there was no designated booth for the company .We were instructed by Viator to meet in front of the Spinners but the meeting point was on the other side of the Marina ..An accurate meeting point should be given- the heat was intense and we have to book a taxi for the meeting point and did a long walk in the intense heat .

We had booked for 5-7pm but it was changed to 2-4. The route included Atlantis but we were not taken there.

The captain and his deckhand was amazing. They decorated the boat for me for my birthday and had a birthday cake and the cake was delicious. It was only 3 of us but the boat could definitely accommodate a lot more. The boat was clean and spacious. They made sure to cruise by all the great photo op spots and even took pics of us. They were extremely kind, professional and sweet. When we come back we are going to book with them again.

The company contacted us in advance with timings and locations. The yacht was stunning. The captain was friendly and professional, his helper ensured we had cold drinks and took lots of photos for us. We went up as far as the Atlantis and then moved somewhere where we could have a little swim. They had a large speaker which we played our music through. We had such a fun time we didn’t want it to end! Only one issue which was no towels provided despite the confirmation saying we’d have them. Would highly recommend (but take your own towels!). There’s a shop called the Spinneys at the Marina where you can grab wraps, drinks, fruit etc if needed before or after the trip.

They were 15 minutes late picking us up for the Yacht ride. Once on the yacht it was a beautiful and a nice ride. We were just cut short our time we paid for. Tried calling and they wouldn’t answer the phone the last time we called.
