The picture in the ad Showa a big car. In actuality they sent a compact car for me and my sister and 5 pieces of luggage. This is false advertisement! In the end the driver took my sister and I had to take a taxi. To make matters worst the taxi had to constantly look at a map in order to get to my hotel.

I half hour wait more not be on place at 9:28 minitutes hes name Lucc and he said must give 30€ because mor pepople was on passaport control and we be on place at 9:45 give hime never it Rome privetatr transfer. Taxi 50€ to all desitnatiin off airport.Luxurry is Mercedes Benz E class no Renault

Amazing experience! Our driver was incredible. He ensured that he connected with us when we landed which made my wife and I very comfortable. The ride to Rome from the airport was like a guided tour! Experience with this company can be explained in the following points:
1. I originally asked for a child and the reservation was payed with that option, but at the day of the service they warn I won’t have the child seat;
2. The service was booked by booking.com and the hour of the arrival to the airport was incorrect. This company told me to cancel the reservation in booking.com to avoid losing money. Booking.com does not refund me because THIS company refused to waive the payment. In the end, this company was able to serve another customer and still received my money without providing any service. Careful with these scams from this company! They will try to convince you
to cancel booking.com

Our driver was extremely courteous, professional and acted as our tour guide as we approached Rome. It was a special ride. He also helped walk to our hotel and helped with our suitcases.
