You had our reservation time all set at Pearl Harbor, and we had ample time to see the other attractions. The city tour afterwards was a fun bonus.

The driver was very nice and informative. I really liked the small group because we got to know everyone and that was great. The tour of the USS Arizona was sobering but important. Very well done.

Very somber, but important part of history. It was a great experience and a smooth tour, thanks to Tom. It was organized and he provided historical details about Hawai’i on the trip to/from and even made stops along the way for photo opportunities. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This was disappointing because we booked a small luxury tour of Pearl Island. This indicated it was guided and was thought to include the memorial along with The Missouri and the bowfin. It did not. Everyone on our bus seemed to have booked something else. Everyone was questioning what the actual tour was. People literally were calling the company. When we met back at the bus we were greeted with wet dripping cans of juice and Costco peanuts. When we left Pearl Harbor we took a very weird and random drive. (Not listed in our booked excursion) The driver was just having random intermittent conversation about places he liked to eat at. It was not great and I would not book again or recommend it.

The pick up at our hotel was an absolute MUST! No fighting traffic and Roland took great care of us. 😀

Can highly recommend this trip & would definitely book it again.
Roland our driver was early picking us up from the cruise port.
(We were sent a WhatsApp confirmation the night before, with the exact pick up time & point, & some useful information)
He was friendly, helpful & informative.
We were offered water on pick up.
Roland took us into the Pearl Harbour visitors area, gave us our fast track pass for the ferry to get to The Arizona memorial & explained a few points to us.
We had ample time (about 3 hours) to visit the memorial, the 2 museums, the gift shop & the outside area.
On pick up Roland offered us cold water, soda & snacks.
We had a small tour in the mini van of nearby areas, then taken to The Palace, where we could take photos for 5 minutes.
We were then dropped off at our cruise ship again.
This trip was a fraction of the price of similar trips, especially from the cruise ship.
Our 1 SMALL criticism would be that we would have loved the chance to spend longer at Pearl Harbour, so we could have had time to visit USS Missouri & the submarine.
We knew what we were getting to begin with, as far as the time of the trip, so this is not a negative. Our constructive feedback would be to have been offered an option of a later pick up, obviously at an additional cost.
But we were extremely happy with this trip.
