Guides were at designated places on time and were excellent, especially the one who was with us in Paris, and the Eurostar fast train to Paris was a pleasant experience. Seeing the Eiffel Tower from the river and later being able to walk around it was amazing; however, the boat was too crowded, food was only mediocre, and cruise was too long, going up and down the same area. I would not do this cruise again. Also, we did not get to enjoy seeing the other Paris sights because the bus was crowded and windows were somewhat small for seeing and taking pictures, plus one of the places listed for us to see and explore was not included. The overall experience was not as anticipated.

We went to Paris & what a fantastic day we had, we were met at the meeting point by our guide for the day David & what a top guy he was
Once the train got under way David came up to us & all the other people on the trip & explained everything in detail what we would be doing during the day.
When we arrived in Paris we were taken to the coach to start our trip around the the city & David seemed to know everything about Paris’s history, his knowledge is something else.
The high light for us was lunch in the Eiffel Tower the food was superb & the views were amazing from the restaurant…. So if booking this trip make sure you include this
The trip on the river was a bit disappointing as we where left in the queue till everyone else was on and it was very cramped on the top of the boat but still enjoyable.
The day could of not been any better not just for us but for everyone on the trip & we would like to thank David for sharing his knowledge of Paris and looking after us during the day

What isn't there to love about Paris! Even the rain couldn't dampen such a lovely day. The highlight of course goes to the meal in the Eiffel Tower, excellent food with the most amazing views!
Our tour guide for the day, Anna was exceptional, she had interesting things to tell us about everything and she looked after us like a mother would! She was fantastic, amusing, informative and professional, even handling a hiccup with the coach like a pro, keeping us entertained while we waited.
She looked after us from check in at St Pancras, all the way through to our goodbyes in London.
Yes, this tour to me, was worth the money and if you are lucky enough to get Anna as your guide you will be in for a treat. Thank you Anna and Premier Tours.

Premier (Viator) canceled the trip less than 24 hours before departure. This was the highlight of my trip. Such a disappointment; no time to find an alternative. According to reviews, there are many instances of canceling in this way. ?

An Amazing Day!
KUDO's to VIATOR, PREMIER TOURS & most importantly to CAROL our guide. She was a wealth of information and sweet as can be. Can't sing her praises enough.
The past week was my first trip to U.K. and what an amazing week it was with especially with the Queen's passing. May she Rest in Peace.
I had a couple other tours booked through VIATOR that were refunded same or next day to the Queen's passing. Fortunately I was still able to see everything including all or part of what I wanted to.
I know there was at least one person who had complaints thinking we had abandoned at the security check-in point in Paris for our return. It is what it is when going through security points and this situation was beyond her area of our guides responsibility to the tour. The gentleman making his complaints was a bit of a grump from the very beginning of the trip and had made complaints here and there. He had his own personal physical limitations which again isn't the responsibility of the guide.
Again THANK YOU CAROL and to Our Bus DRIVER.
Next time I'll be sure and have some Euros for a tip.
