The balloon ride was so much fun! The view was fantastic and Dr Mo was a great guide. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Luxor

Absolutely spectacular views and experience. Mustafa was an amazing balloon pilot. Our tour guide was dr. Mo is very knowledgeable and made the whole experience memorable forever.

The view from the top was good. The crew was really helpful from setting everything done to clicking candid pictures. And the best part is the picture. A bucket full of thanks to ISLAM who captured us with scenic beauty. Ps great at candid shots

Great time ! The view is incredible, I highly recommend! A team at the top of Islam and Zoka we take beautiful photos and videos for the price, it’s worth taking them 😂

It was an amazing experience, and the team was so professional and nice starting from the person who picked me up from the hotel to the ballon pilot and dr Mo, I highly recommend trying out this enthralling experience with them👍🏻

This trip is basically mis-selling for the following reasons:
1. It is not a private party activity as advertised but a mixed with other groups - see photos
2. Even though booked for sunrise (4.30am) was picked up at 7am after sunrise and started balloon journey at 7.45am - see photos for inflating of balloon and time stamp
3. Journey did not last 50 minutes but more like 30 minutes.
Therefore, if you are okay with the above then it wasn’t actually that bad and captain was very friendly and good.
I made these points to Viator and the operating company, both did not care so would say bad customer service hence the main reason for 2 stars.

This tour was my 1st hot air balloon ride & what a great choice. Overall very safe & professional, they take it serious. Was an amazing view and relaxing with a smooth very easy landing! Worth the time & money
