Very disappointing, I should’ve just cancelled from the start when the operator asked me change my date twice. Driver that picked us up keep telling us we should get drunk, we weren’t looking for a booze cruise so I was a little concerned. There was no live Spanish guitar, however there was live music. Drinks were not even close to shown in the pictures. Food was nothing like I saw on the pictures, you can’t really call it a dinner a limited cheap buffet would fit. Then on our return at 8:30pm no driver came to take us back to our hotel. He left without us is what the tour operator told us. Very disappointing experience to say the least.

Fun times relaxed good food and service. Hoped for Spanish guitar, but variety music was good. Boat nice to be able to go up or downstairs to watch sunset.
Check in could have been less chaotic.

I liked that you could stay downstairs in the lounge where you get just as good a view for photos (with half the windows open) but not all the sun.
Our waiter was great. You could customize your drink order (e.g. Piña Colada with no alcohol) and ours were better than what we had at our hotel.
The food was decent and very filling. Better than what I had on another Arch cruise.
I was disappointed our boat didn’t get close to the Arch. It was difficult to get a photo without other boats in the picture.
We enjoyed when the female vocalist sang but really didn’t care for the loud DJ rock & roll music. We thought it was going to be nice Mexican dinner music - again, thankful we were downstairs.
Our driver was friendly and punctual.
