Great itinerary but tour guide made me uncomfortable by hitting on me with direct and indirect comments (Hatem). There was also no horse and Carriage city tour I personally didn't mind but others might I had to ask about a camel ride otherwise it would have been skipped. But the company was fine my problem was with my tour guide.

This was an incredible and busy day. We were picked up at 4am and driven to a boat to go across the Nile for our sunrise hot air balloon ride which was amazing. Then we were picked up by our tour guide Hatem and private transport for touring the rest of the day. Hatem was perfect, he did an amazing job of balancing giving us information, not overloading us and even changing around the order of one of the items of the tour at our request. (We wanted to ride camels *before* swimming in the Nile instead of after like the original itinerary suggests and I would highly recommend this!) We finished about 4:30pm but the end time can definitely vary depending on how long other things take in the day. Overall the value you get for the cost of the tour is absolutely worth it and if you are lucky enough to get Hatem as a tour guide he will be sure to make it a memory to last a lifetime!

I had an excellent experience with Hatem in Luxor, He was knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. My tour with Hatem covered Valley of the kings, temple of Hatshepsut, Karnak temple and Luxor temple. He explained very well every detail in each temple, also he was fun, he had lunch together and a boat trip in the Nile, Hatem also helped me with the transfer from my hotel to the airport. Hatem was extremely helpful during my stay in Luxor.
Hatem took multiple great pictures during our tours and provide recommendations and advice about my stay in Luxor and Egypt in general.
I recommend this tour with Hatem 100%.

The hot air balloon it’s ok, the tour guide was very RUDE yelling at us saying no time for pics just jump on the basket hurry hurry for everything , it was plenty of time. Kings of Valley not much to see, Sailing Felucca ok the sailor excellent very lovely guy super nice did his best ?????? , City tour ???? nothing pretty to see. Camel ride not a nice place where you ride camel but very nice people who they rent the camels.

I went on a trip with Ghada as my guide, she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and patient when we took longer around the sites. She is so friendly and flexible. My favorite part of the trip was riding the felucca to banana island. She even taught me a lot of her language! From the balloon ride to the tombs to the camel ride, Ghada made our experience very pleasant. Thank you Ghada!

The hot air balloon ride was spectacular. We had to wait an hour for clearance to fly but after we got a loft it was one of the best things in our trip. Haden was an exceptional guide. Super experience!!

Incredible service and experience. The manager was very accommodating and helpful. Great communication and very polite.
The driver was great, pickup was prompt and on time. Really enjoyed the felucca ride and the hot air balloon. Egyptologist was informative and very friendly. Car was clean and comfortable. Lunch on banana island was really good!
Would definitely recommend, great service and memories!

The tour was the Highlight of our trip to Egypt.
Our Tour Guide Hatem made sure every step was incredible and made us feel welcome and safe at all times.
Our day started pretty early at 4am and it was time for the Hot Air Balloon ride, which to be honest, was the best way to start the tour looking at the sunrise with breathtaking views.
Hatem also gave us an explanation about the burial procedures and history behind the tombs at the Valley of the Kings and Temples that actually made it so much easier to navigate around them.
The felucca ride was smooth and very relaxing, the crew was very welcoming and we basically had the boat for ourselves, they offered hot tea and even played Darbuka for us.
Lunch was amazing and so was the Camel ride.
Overall, after almost 12 hours the day went by pretty smooth and we came back with a lot of great memories. We can't wait to be back again!
100% recommend the tour and specially Hatem as our experience was simply amazing!

Ahmed our Egyptologist and hot Air Balloon pilot made this choice a 5/5. You feel completely safe during the hot air balloon and informed of any points of interest while you're in awe of beautiful Luxor from the air. On land, Mr Ahmed does a very good job of quenching your thirst for ancient Egyptian history. Fun Fact: Mr Ahmed can read hieroglyphics ;)

Amazing experience! Hot air balloon was a breath taking experience! My tour guide Hatem was extremely informative! He had so much knowledge and was so friendly. Pick up and drop off services were on time and very prompt. Covid precautions were taken at all destinations and everyone is so welcoming. A must do experience in Luxor !!
