That was disgusting!!! Terrible experience with 178£ per 2 person for 1 course of food with very poor service !!!!
Would be better to visit some nice restaurant in the center of London. Never again!!!! Yes, it’s only 1 course, because terrible lemon tart we are not counting at all!!! We couldn’t even eat 1 bite🤮 Glass of Moët cost 16£. Bottles wasn’t be introduced next to the table!! First we received some white wine in champagne glass😵💫. Only after when we asked to show us bottle and pour champagne next to the table Moët has been presented. But!!!! Why waiter doesn’t know how to pour drinks??? Why they are holding glass in their hand when pouring champagne? Why they are not using trays at all??? Glass had been delivered by hands only. Is it great service? When we ordered another glass of champagne, bottle hasn’t been present. Just again waiter pour champagne somewhere else and delivered glass without using a tray. My husband ordered Negroni. Terrible!!!! The most awful Negroni in our life. Ok Chicken with potato and vegetables was nice, I agree (but not even something like salad on plate((( ), and let’s be honest, it’s not cost 178£ per 2 portions chicken with potatoes!!!! And with very unprofessional service. Never Again!! Strongly Not recommend anyone!!

Save your money, have a cruise down the river and lunch somewhere else. Boarded quickly and efficiently, drinks served quickly then came the food. There was a menu with a mushroom dish or chicken, we were not asked what we wanted just served chicken. The plate was cold, the food was just warm. The beans were tough and not cooked, it was not enjoyable. No choice for the pudding a lemon cake, tasted stale with sickly butter cream, it was awful. The boat was half full so while we were eating they started laying the tables for the afternoon tea. Not a cheap cruise and certainly not good value for money. Never again.

The most memorable part was seeing the boat leaving the jetty just as we arrived in the taxi - the traffic between Waterloo Station on the jetty was awful and so we missed the dinner - great disappointment as I live in Cornwall!

The food was very good, service also good. Our only complaint is that there was no time allotted to give diners time to go up on deck and see the sights hat were being described in the last part of the trip. Having said that, it is still a great experience!

Wonderful lunch cruise, they sat my husband and I next to the window for a beautiful view. Felt very fancy, delicious food and we were able to see beautiful views of the London landmarks!

Pleasantly surprised because we thought it was a really touristy attraction. The views are incredible and the flight attendants take the time to explain well and stop when necessary, for example when surveying Tower Bridge. The staff in the dining room are very pleasant and the food is decent for this type of place.

Fantastic lunch on a lovely boat.we had excellant photo oppertunities BIG WHEEL BIG BEN HOUSES OF PARLIMENT .TOWER BRIDGE .SO peacefull.The food was excelery hard working and polite..The staff very hard working and polite.if you want to tipyou can at end of the tripwhen getting off the boat.the seating on board was very comfortable.we had table at window.worth every penny thank you

A very comfortable and well managed cruise. The service was excellent and the food was tasty and filling. The cruise had good views of many London icons and was a lovely way to end a holiday. Highly recommended!
