Terribly disappointed. The tour guide was fine and seemed knowledgeable, it was just difficult to hear him. My wife uses a mobility walker and I did not book tickets to the summit. I was confused as to why the Tower staff was concerned about us entering and they pointed out that the tickets were to the summit, the other issue was it was diff8cult for my wife to walk that fast from the meeting point to the Tower, I let the tour company know about my wife's mobility issues and they said it would not be an issue.
The boat ride was very nice and the boat was clean and the staff was quite helpful.
I booked the meal at Madame Brasserie, as part of the package, we received an email a couple of days before the tour stating that our lunch had been canceled because the restaurant was not open due to renovations. When we got to the Eiffle Tower we find out the restaurant is open and we asked our tour guide about using our reservation to dine there. He acted like he had no idea what we were talking about. He said we would have to take it up with Viatore. We specifically booked this reservation for the meal because it was our honeymoon.
We went to the restaurant and the hostess was very gracious she took our information and said she found our information but a reservation had not been made for us. They were able to seat us and we had a lovely meal that in essance we paid for twice.
I contacted the tour company several times in regards to the lunch and they said we would have to go through you for a refund.
I have a recept for our lunch, not sure what the cost was through you. I am asking for a refund of the lunch and a refund of the ticket difference between the second deck and the summit of the tower.

We expected to have lunch at the 58-Eiffel Tower Restaurant and it is closed until March! This was not disclosed to us until we had already booked the event. No refunds were given.
DON'T BOOK THIS UNTIL AFTER MARCH!!!!

NO crowds in it !!! Very clean ,fashionable minimal decor ,fancy atmosphere , plate service ,helpful waiter , gourmet dishes ,hearty meals.We tried the pork & fish & they were delicious.No simple food for kids( course all tourists bring their kids with them ).We wished to have a view ,but there was no option.Still had a great time.The elevator problem is true ,but I believe it doesn't concern the restaurant.

I enjoyed this lunch tour compared to the dinner with seine river cruise and moulin rouge because we had more time to explore the view on our own pace than rushing to have dinner then seine river cruise then moulin rouge. With this one, we took seine river cruise when we are ready. I opted not to get moulin rouge as I don’t think my family and friends would be interested in it. I’ve watched it before and honestly, I didn’t even finish the whole show. I think I’m being biased because I’m from Las Vegas and I’ve seen shows much better than that for far less of the price.

1st off we had to wait in line in the hot sun...we were hearded and jam-packed into the elevator....the people didn't seem very friendly or accommodating...neither was the menu....is had nothing for kids to eat...So after all that we couldn't take in the sites...we had to rush down (walking down the steps which takes 5mins) or waiting 20 mins for the elevator....

We got these tickets so we could skip the line but didn’t went up the summit. We arrived early but the lift wasn’t working and had to wait for an hour while others who came in later were able to come up before us on the other lifts. Was told it happens quite frequently. So be prepared. Our guide was nice and assertive. It wasn’t all bad.
We read that food at 58 was not any good and wasn’t expecting much. As there was four of us, our server suggested we order one of each meal as there only 4 choices. For the entree, we liked the chicken very much, you should definitely order that. Main course, the pork chop, codfish fillet and the pasta were very good! (In that order) and for dessert, definitely the chocolate. 👌🏻
