The entire crew was amazing. So helpful hands on. Food was very good. Love to know the brand of bread we made our sandwiches on. It was amazing. There was some choppy waters but felt safe. We saw turtles, dolphins and a mommy whale and her calf.

My wife and I had a great time. We snorkeled with sea turtles, had a great trip accompanied by spinner dolphins and humpback whales and had great views of the Napali coast. The crew was fun and pointed out the sights as we sailed on the catamaran. It was a highlight of our stay on Kauai.

Captain Kauai was an excellent captain. He shared is personal knowledge of the area. The crew was amazing. Very helpful and attentive. The food and drinks were much more than we expected!

Wonderful day!! Greg, Evan, Audrey and Colleen are a power team! Thank you for the comedy narative, encouragement through the rocky at time ride as well as for making our day amazing! Good food, great drinks and incredible service. Could not have asked for more! FYI it is a long boat ride (but still worth it!)

What an amazing day. The tour was beautiful. We came the week after the huge rain storm so we weren’t sure if we would be able to go in the water.
Our Captain Greg found a spot where people could swim and enjoy the water.
The mates Colleen, Audrey and Kevin went above and beyond. They were so friendly, talked to everyone, gave some extra history about the island and were extremely attentive to everyone’s needs.
The food and drinks were exceptional as well.
There were 4 couples total in our group and we all agree … we highly recommend this tour!

Excellent crew! Captain gave a great history during the entire trip. Saw spinner dolphins, and even whales breach though it is late in the season. Even had the helicopter from the movie Jurassic Park fly overhead as it is used by the Robinson family to shuttle back and forth from their island.

Couldn’t snorkel due to the weather but still had a great time. Crew were great and they had vegetarian lunch options.

Difficult to provide a positive experience here but hard to blame the tour operators either. Due to heavy rains the previous days we were not able to snorkel so this became a 5 hour boat ride and 80% of the people on board were sea sick. That was our entertainment.

The captain and his crew were so kind, friendly and attentive. The vessel was in great condition and had beautiful views from every seat. And of course the coast was majestic and breathtaking with waterfalls, beaches and so much green. We were not able to snorkel due to the murky water because of a severe storm the night before which was disappointing. But better safe than sorry. We took our time on the coast.

So excited for this tour last April 2. I had done a similar trip years ago. It was rough and windy but I thought it would be ok. When we had the Captain's briefing at the office, he had me a bit alarmed about conditions and the possibility of being sick. When he continued his briefing at the boat (with his walkway/gangway moving all over due to the wind and waves) I decided not to go out. Hard to forfeit the $200 fee or so, but it didn't sound like fun. My other family members did go and told me it was really rough in parts and about 12-15 people (of about 40) were vomiting on the boat. Lots of sick adults and kids. That sounds disgusting and I am glad I did not go! I understand the company can not control the weather, but I don't think it's fair to not offer a refund or partial refund with such severe weather. Half refund should pay their costs and keep potential future customers happy. Guess they don't care, just want to fill the boat as much as possible.
