Welcoming guests to Kauai since 2007, Luau Kalamaku is Hawaii's only luau show performed “in-the-round,” offering optimal views of the stage. Witness the unearthing of the pig from the traditional imu (underground oven) and enjoy a hula lesson. A craft fair featuring unique items by local artisans awaits on the sprawling lawn. Great show and great dinner! As they say...they put the "wow" back in Luau! Arrive early---beautiful historic plantation setting with many historic buildings to visit before the show.

We loved it! Favorites were the fire dancers and traditional Tahitian dancers! My daughter went back for seconds of the desserts. Great story telling and wonderful cast. Everyone was welcoming and grateful for us to be there! I loved the train ride too!

The grounds were beautiful. We opted in for the transportation, which picked us up in Princeville. Definitely a plus to not have to drive in the dark for an hour. The food was absolutely delicious, the pork and fish were outstanding. The show was very memorable and authentic.
I would definitely recommend this as part of visiting Kauai!

The show was awesome! The food in the other hand was ok but not impressed.. the chicken was hard as a rock. And I wish you had a couple of kid options..

Overall this was a great experience. The plantation was beautiful, the shopping with local vendors was really great, and the all inclusive drinks were great too. It was really neat seeing the unearthing of the pig. The show was fantastic, and there really wasn’t a bad seat from what I could tell. I almost had upgraded our seats, but I’m glad I didn’t because our standard seats were just fine. If there’s anything that wasn’t a 5 star part of the experience, the food was just so-so. About what you’d expect for a buffet serving 750 people.
Overall, highly recommend!

Fantastic show! Everything was very organized from beginning to end. Get there early for checkin to have plenty of time for the pictures, open bar, and cultural shopping. The food was good and plentiful. The show was a wonderful tribute to Kauai —full of hula, music, and fire dancing—all performers were from the island of Kauai. This is my third luau (one on Oahu and one on Maui) and this was as good if not better. Mahalo!!

Loved the entire event from start to end. The food was outstanding with many Hawaiian options. Liked that it was a buffet so you could try a bit of everything. The show was FANTASTIC! The performers were so talented and obviously loved what they were doing. It came across to those of us in the audience! Highly recommend!

The show was incredible. We were assigned to a table that had like minded people and that enhanced the experience. Would recommend to all that they buy gold tickets to better see the details of the show. We appreciated the timely transportation to the facility. There was no time for shopping if you rode the train. You should advise that the train ride can be a little uncomfortable for people who have back issues.

This whole package was as good as it was advertised. The tour bus arrived at our location on time and the driver was fun! We got to location and they had plenty of staff to help direct everyone where we all needed to go. The train ride was a blast (who doesn't love piglets) and then on to the luau. We had great seats, right up close. Good food and an open bar - who wouldn't have fun. Then, the bus takes you right back to your hotel.
