Over crowded, at the lourve. When asking for help outside in the line, the attendees were helpful. Once inside even with a plan of the Museum it was hard to navigate around. Definitely pre buy your ticket well before going, even then you will have to que. It took me 30 mins to try and find an exit before managing to leave.

Ticket comes with exactly what is advertised. We skipped the long line and entered the Louvre in 20 minutes. The tour operator sent us a super informative video to listen to prior to entering that we really enjoyed.

Apart from the restaurant with a low selection of food for a high price, the museum was extraordinary! A lovely experience!

The Louvre was wonderful! The line up for the Mona Lisa long and many people were pushing. Go early! We were unable to get the wifi audio link to work. Went onto a YouTube link and were able to learn about what we were viewing.

Plenty of visibility, not so crowded that you could not see. Plenty of seating to sit and admire and breathe it all in. Was not a big fan of the glass pyramid before I went,, but after going and experiencing... It makes sense now. Love the Louvre

It was AMAZING! Ordered my tickets on TripAdvisor, received an email with a link for the tickets, scanned them as we entered and we were off seeing everything you could image. Venus De Milo, Mona Lisa, Egyptian artifacts and so much more. We did self-guided and simply roamed at our leisure. Amazing experience that is honestly almost overwhelming but a must see if your in Paris. Spend half-a-day at least.

The Louvre does not acknowledge Viator tickets and we almost did not get in. Our group of 54 had to to wait for a manager to come, take our Viator tickets and transfer them to Louvre tickets, which were much cheaper, to enter the museum. 3 hrs of wasted time!!!

the Lourve was fine. It was the constant battle to get tickets for all the tours we booked with Viator. Versailles, Mussee d'orsay, Giverny and Lourve. Versailles was the worst. We explained repeatedly that we did not have access to internet after leaving airbnb rental. For all trips I received an email saying tickets were ready. When I went to access all it showed me was a voucher stating this is not a ticket. But no direction on where to go to get it. For Versailles we had to walk around the palace in the cold to find a hot spot. And then we still couldn't figure out where the tickets were hiding. Luckily I pushed some weird button and found them. Same for all the rest of the places. Crazy, stressful and convoluted. You need to fix that for those of us who are not totally tech savvy or do not have state of the art expensive phones.
