Buyer beware: the river cruise doesn’t leave from a neighborhood near the Louvre. You will need to trek to the base of the Eiffel Tower which they don’t mention until the day before - when it’s too late to cancel. Also, you can easily purchase tickets to the Louvre in advance through the Louvre’s website. This offering doesn’t come with a guide or the ability to skip lines. There’s no benefit to purchasing this experience through Viator.

The Louvre was closed. Paid extra for admission and couldn’t access. I don’t really have anything else to say.

The winged victory. The skip the line is bogus. We waited on an enormous line only to be told the museum was going to be closed for two hours. Union meeting. Then when we came back we did get on quickly with our 9:00 entry but it was too crowded to enjoy. Incredible collection of treasures.

Workers were on strike and entry was delayed. Had a 9am ticket and waited in line until 12. Never made it into the museum. I want a refund.

The Louvre is of course a great museum. Both in figure of speech and the literal sense. I've spend the entire day there and saw maybe 20%. Therefore I went to halls which I thought were most interesting and afterwards walked around through some other halls.
The big downside is, that just a handful of the information is in English. I had to use Google translate on many occasions. Which I think is disappointing and I would have expected the biggest museum in the world to cater for non-French speakers.

Note that the service by Viator is perfect. The tickets were sent via Whatsapp 24 hours in advance. It was really easy to use.

Awesome deal and organisation....tickets arrived by qr via WhatsApp and was quick....went straight into the louvre at the time given with no problem and with ease....the boat had clear directions how to find it and with them leaving every 30 min we could go on it at our leisure. Both experiences were brilliant....the louvre was stunning!!! And I would recommend this company for value and efficiency. Was brilliant from start to finish

The tour in the Louvre was interesting, we had tickets bought in advance, but we didn't notice where we were supposed to go, so we stood in an incredibly long line where there were people who bought tickets on the spot. They let people in gradually. The museum itself was beautiful at first sight. We went through the rooms that interested us. We also got to the Mona Lisa, but we didn't expect a huge number of people there. I rate the museum experience at 8/10. You need at least a week to see as many interesting things as possible. 🙂

Bathrooms are nasty, the smell travels throughout the whole louvre. But nice exhibits. East to navigate. Mona Lisa room was fast to get through. Get there early and go to the exit/entrance by the arc across the street to skip the line
