This lousy company rescheduled my tour FOURTEEN TIMES right up until the day before my tour.
I had planned to do it at 10.30am and then spend some time on my own exploring the gallery - the final time change was made the day before and was set for 7.00pm - two hours before the museum closed.
The late notice of the changed time meant I could visit the gallery before the tour, because tickets had sold out, so because of this company I only got two hours for the whole Louvre; and because I had gone on the tour, they refused to offer any refund.
I traveled 20 hours to see the Louvre and this rotten little company ruined it - disgusting.

Our tour guide was Manny. He was awesome very informative and went into detail. We were lucky to have him as our guide. The tour was a perfect amount of time as I can’t be on my feet to long so it was perfect.

Manuel was an amazing tour guide! We had a wonderful visit and learnt sooo much in the time we had there. I highly recommend this as it’s a detailed yet whistle stop tour of the Louvre!

Nothing, will not go with tour guide anymore . It is over priced, just limited information. Everyone goes there only for Mona Lisa , is it silly

Totally it was good, however she was the only tour guide in the museum that insisted to not have any flag or sign or marker in her hand in order for us to be able to follow her, and most of the times we lost her in the crowded areas and could not find her between people, so instead of looking at arts we had this problem to find her all the time and don't loose her between crowded areas, and this caused a lot of stress and frustration for me and my husband! She was not tall so at least she could put on a different color blouse or have something colorful in her hand to make it easier for us to follow her between people! Also she had long stops for telling stories, which was not appropriate for a short 2h tour.

Flight was delayed couldn’t get to the louvre in time. I lost the price of two tickets and our only chance to see the Lovre.

Museum Louvre visit was part of our one week visit in Paris for art and culture, along with other main attractions. The presentation delivered by our guide Ahmed was very interesting bringing some unknown facts to us about the history of the place. The architecture, decor and display of art are wonderful. We admire them by now through books and media but the experience to see in front of our eyes the original artworks was deeply emotional. As we could admire Mona Lisa from a very short distance. Recommended!

With limited time, we wanted to none-the-less have an authentic Louvre experience. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining and gave us a wonderful thumb sketch of art through the major periods.
