Our guide was extremely friendly and she was very clear in her directions of the Louvre. She had very interesting information to share with us, answered all questions and made sure we understood the Louvre’s lay out. Well worth the money!

Guide showed up 15-20 mins late and didn’t offer a tour. She told us where the Mona Lisa was and her directions were wrong, and then she disappeared. Could have purchased my own tix and found it myself for a fraction of the price. And the river cruise is a jam-packed tourist trap.

Skipping the line was essential to getting into the Louvre. The line outside would have taken hours to get through. Our host Jade was funny and made it very enjoyable.

Delayed everyone because giude had not been given participant's emails. Guide was poor. Didn't know Mona Lisa was a portrait of La Giaconda, a well-off lady who likely commissioned the work. (Thought it was DaVinci's wife.) Louvre guards stopped her from taking us to Mona Lisa, and she gave us wrong directions to get there ourselves.

Our tour guide Jade was wonderful. He made the whole entry experience easy and fun. Definitely worth paying for guided entry

Guide didn't have a license and was removed from the louvre before we reached the Mona Lisa. Only got half a tour. 2 stars for the skip the line portion and zero for not being guided to Mona Lisa as promised.

My wife and I were very excited about this event. We met our guide on time in the designated spot. Our guide was very friendly and had no issues there. As we approached the Louvre with our group, our guide stopped and gave us all maps of the museum. She then said she had to leave to meet up with another tour group and that we were on our own! Literally walked us to the entrance and then left us. Our group looked at each other dumbfounded about what just happened. We thought we all paid for a guided access to the Mona Lisa, instead we were handed a map and dropped off at the entrance! Definitely not worth what we paid for. After getting lost for a little bit inside the Louvre, we finally did make it to the Mona Lisa though, no help to our guide though!
