We were a party of 6 ($500) for this tour. Very very rushed, not organized, we stopped and were given information on about 10-15 items and just breezed past 100’s of pieces.

As a side note for the people reading this which plays no part into this tour review this museum is very crowded to the point seeing the Mona Lisa is miserable.

What is apart of this review is we spent a grand total about 5 Minutes tops at the Mona Lisa before moving on.

Feeling very rushed and pressured to move through a crowd like this was anything but pleasant. Our tour guide often forgot dates during his explanation of timelines and got a few things mixed up in that regard. At the end of the tour without much explanation about what was left we basically stopped in the center of the Museum he requested their headphones back and left (basically thank you for your $$$ for nothing bye bye)

My advice to people who want to go would be to 1. Plan to spend a lot more time there than allotted. 2. Go on your own accord, as this is not a good experience. 3. If you’re a history buff I would say plan for 2-3 days to see everything this amazing place has to offer.

My advise to the tour company would be to explain more in depth what their offering and being transparent before booking. Being from another country we don’t know your country, we don’t know your museum, we don’t know what to expect, (stairs are everywhere which is fine but with a child in a stroller (walking disability) it wasn’t pleasant picking him up going up and down the stairs). The louvre is handicap friendly and they do have elevators but because the tour is extremely rushed through this museum and the tour guide wouldn’t wait for us to use the elevator). He did not do a good job communicating, keeping the group together, being very crowded 1 person (tour guide) of course he can weave through people better than 6 (with a stroller)! He would be halfway through talking about a painting in another corridor while we were still weaving through the crowd. Really feel like 1 star but I will leave 2 only because the amazing artwork itself which shouldn’t be confused with the experience I had with this company.

The guide was friendly and efficient. The check in staff were more interested in each other - playing around and giggling while customers were left to figure out how to check in. This tour was our way to gain last minute access to the Louvre on a fully booked day so it was a necessary expense. But not really worth the trouble otherwise.

Overcrowded and too expensive the tickets. Not worth it. Hardly have enough room to review the gallery and paintings. It was too offensive for kid under 18.

Tickets are pricey but we didn't have a choice since the tickets to the Louvre were all sold out during our stay in Paris. That said, this tour while pricey, was worth it in that they were very efficient, organized, and quick.

We loved all of the art and the knowledge of our guide. Our only complaint was how hard it was to find to pick up location.
