Our tour guide was so very informative, and touched upon good information as well as always taking a count to make sure that she hadn't lost any in our group. The meeting point was a good choice as were the one's inside the museum for a washroom break. the added bonus was skip the line to get into the Louvre.

Seeing the sculptures Venus de Milo and the Nike. Both were stunning. Above and beyond. Only thing I felt the tour rushed, while I appreciate that they have to get through but maybe they should think about extending the length so we can stop and actually look at things instead of rushing and not seeing other things.

Ste’phane (number 30?) was a knowledgeable and fantastic tour guide. I could not have asked for a better guide. I was a little concerned about this booking, but I’m glad I did it. My young adult son and I had some trouble finding the initial meet up, but we were able to text them and get there. Of course it’s a very very crowded area so if you don’t know where you’re going, it can be confusing, particularly with the construction. With the pyramid behind us, and the small arch in front of us (under construction,) the tour meeting was to the right of the arch. They wore red vests and had a very small flag which said “ meeting point”. There was no France flag, as described in directions.
I would have loved better directions in this regard. Stefane explained that we could bring water in, and that we would stop after going through security (which was very easy with the skip the line tour group) We could put our belongings in a free locker if desired. That was very nice- to not carry coats and umbrellas in a crowded museum:) We also had a restroom break at the tour began. We are glad to have chosen a tour to skip the line. I feel very lucky to have had this tour guide! He had a broad understanding of history and artwork, and was a clearly passionate guide.

Our guide was ok…not too informative. We were actually in the wrong group at first with Monica and she was amazing, we wished we stayed in her group. Back to our guide, he was very boring, didn’t provide a lot of useful information or history. I would say it could’ve been a great experience if not for him. His mike didn’t work so we couldn’t even understand him.. Tour didn’t start until noon, he gave us 10 min for a bathroom break before it started and it ended at 1:00. It was only 45 min long at the most. Skip the line was convenient.

I think the company needs to take the tour with him and see what it’s like.

It was amazing to bypass the VERY long lines at the Louvre to see the Mona Lisa, but it was very hard to hear our guide before we went in. We did not get a lot of information and he seemed to be a walking advertisement rather than a "guide".

Our tour with Stephane was great! It was very extensive, interesting and he is very knowledgeable. He did a great job of keeping our group together and informed in a very crowded environment. Our 16-year-old granddaughter who is an art lover also thoroughly enjoyed the tour. We would definitely recommend Stephane and this tour.

It was awful. It was super crowded and guides waited for none of us. Had no flags to see them and left 5 people behind. Took me 3 hours to find my husband. Terrible experience.

the guide gave nice background information. you could hear him well with the device. He was knowledgeable and had a good sense if humor. It would have been helpful if he had a flag to hold up to follow him. He was not very tall and holdingbup his arm in such a crowded place often made it hard to see him

We have used Viator a lot for booking key sightseeing events when overseas but on this occasion we were left disappointed. This disappointment was not with the Louvre itself, that was amazing, but with Viator and the tour provider Paris City Vision. Firstly the guide was not at the location provided on the aviator booking nor did they display the French flag to identify themselves as per the booking guidance. Luckily we were 30 minutes early so had time to scout around and the guide from another tour operator was very helpful in finding our guide. We did get fast tracked through the queue which was the most positive aspect of the tour, and we were allowed to use the toilets once through security, but our guide was a very fast walker and some of the older members of our group struggled to keep up. We raced through the crowded museum, passing lots of famous exhibits with no narrative or tour information from our guide, and led straight to the Mona Lisa where we were given 15 minutes to view the painting and the option to either continue the tour with the guide or explore the museum ourselves. We opted for the latter and walked around at our own pace. In summary it was ‘skip the line’ entrance as advertised but it was not a very good tour which for us got off to a stressful start due to the very poor meeting arrangements.
