I was in Paris with my grandchildren. I wanted them to see some of the Louvre. We only had four days in Paris, so I booked this tour that I had taken years ago. It was the perfect amount of time for their first experience.

The Louvre is an incredible place, a must see. Going with a tour guide allows quick and easy access to the museum. We had a very knowledgeable tour guide but maybe too knowledgeable regarding every painting upstairs on the way to the Mona Lisa. Many of us ended up handing back our tour audio lanyards and carried in our own . There are so many different things to see use a map and look at what you want when you are in there.

We originally had booked a tour with an artist who cancelled on us so we booked this one. The guide seemed knowledgeable and expedited us through the museum pointing out the highlights with information/history about what we were seeing. The earbuds that attach to the device to hear the guide are of very poor quality that you miss some information, my advice is to bring your own. After the tour you can roam the museum on your own to see more if you want.

Huge disappointment. Huge letdown during a dream holiday. The Viator platform was unresponsive for hours after searching for a tour and creating an account. I had to call into the Viator platform to sign up for this tour only to find out after we arrived that they wouldn’t accommodate my mother’s disability. I wrote the tour guides prior to arriving about the disability and was not told anything until arrival. It took 50 minutes to find the location point because the platform was frozen and didn’t provide specific enough details on where to meet. The platform had to send me the tickets and details via screenshot PDFs to my phone due to its unresponsiveness. I called the platform and was able to get the phone number of the guide service, but they would not respond to text or calls. The platform had to call and 3-way me into communication. The group was massive. The guide was shocked that my mother had a disability and suggested asking for a refund. This was a horrible experience, as it shattered her dream of spending the day after spending $100 to get there and being exhausted from calling and walking around looking for a meeting point. The guide did her best to seek support from the larger guide company, but they did not make an effort to help and refused to refund. This does not reflect a boutique guide service at all, and I do not recommend it. This poor experience was due to the platform's unresponsiveness and the lack of support from the guide company.

The most memorable part was when the tour guide said I couldn’t come along because I need to use an elevator. Disgusting Shame on the tour company, shame on Viator for using them.

Right at the beginning there were issues. Your was suppose to leave at 1130 but a few people weee missing so we had to wait. Them because of that they moved some other people from one group to ours. Now it is 12 pm. Had trouble getting one of the last people a working head set. Now it is 1215 and we are in the Louvre. Still trying to find a working headset. After this was set we started at approximately 1230. If Isisnt have plans to meet up with someone it would not have bothered me as much. So I had to cut out your around 130 so obviously did not see most of the tour. I was fully disappointed. :(

The experience was great! The audio devices were scratchy or hard to pickup at times. However, the tour was positively overwhelming.

Our guide was excellent. Enthusiastic, and with so much knowledge. We found out far more than we ever thought.
