We had Manuel as our tour guide. He showed us around for a full 3 hours and gave us great insight into the museum. Would definitely recommend a guided tour and skipping the line

Séverine was an amazing tour guide who brought a great energy to the tour. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided the perfect amount of helpful context for each work while still ensuring that there was enough time saved to hit all of the highlights. I would recommend a tour with her to anyone!

A tour guide makes or breaks a tour - ours was broken!
I took this tour a year ago and that guide was SO much better. As much as I love the Louvre - it was not a good experience. Very disappointed.

I appreciated skipping the long lines to get in, but the museum was so crowded that it was very difficult to see the art works which defeats the purpose of going there! There should be more limits on how many people can go in since it greatly affects the quality of the visit. I will probably never return until there are fewer people in the museum.

We rated this a 4 because it was very challenging meeting up with the tour guide. It was chaotic and stressful when we could not locate them. We were a party of 7 with senior citizens. It was raining and the predetermined meeting spot was not conducive to the weather elements. We simply could not locate the tour guide. After we finally met up with “a” tour guide at the Louvre tour and activity center, Severine saved the day and brought us into her group. We still wonder if this was our original group that was not at the meeting point when we originally arrived.

Serverine is an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide. She gives it her all and is passionate about her work.

Omar was awesome! He knew so much about the different artifacts at the Louvre. He had a lot of information that we would not have known otherwise. He has a great personality as well. I would recommend him to everyone.

Guide was very knowledgeable, but was a little difficult to understand in part due to how busy the museum was. Probably could’ve been a little shorter and had a few pauses between comments so we could admire the art.

Too much detail and too long on some of that detail. We were in bang on 9am- we could have had a great view of Mona Lisa but we went in opposite direction

Blairta (apologize for likely incorrect spelling) was extremely knowledgeable and very considerate of the entire group. With such a large collection, she ensured we saw major highlights and followed up with questions to ensure we retained knowledge from the experience. Could not imagine trying to navigate the gallery with such high traffic without such a great guide. Would highly recommend!
