Did not get ticket on app. Had to contact you and that took several phone calls. Finally got ticket resent, but was for a group. Ended up having to buy new tickets. Very dissatisfied and should be refunded the extra money I had to spend.

Scam, the museum did not accept our tickets. We had to buy new tickets at the entrance. Go live through the museum.

It was amazing and so much to see so be prepared to walk a lot. People are so kind and helpful! Try to get a guide to help you learn the history of the place or you'll be so memerized by the place but not learning the history of it all!

We really had the best tour of Louvre Museum. We got tickets on our email and whatsapp which became convenient for us to enter the museum without any problem. Thank you for the memorable day
