Art was fabulous but getting around was terrible, especially with a wheelchair that we were using. Waited in line for hour because all the restrooms were out of service. When we were finished in museum we could not find the way out, Elevator we needed was blocked off and we did not find out for some time until we found out it was blocked off to keep non accessible people from using it. Had difficulty finding the cruise dock and ran out of time and did not take the cruise. Receive several emails with QR code on them that I assumed was my tickets and I did not notice the one that came in day before that had access to my actual tickets. If signage was better it would not be so hard to get around. Tried the headset system but for us older non computer generation, that was no help to navigate the museum.

Horrible stay away from aviator. I booked trip for me and friend, we waited on voucher tickets for our 2:30 tour that never arrived to my email, I called tour operator numerous times with. No Reaponse I even emailed and nothing. That was 108.00 thrown away and Viator didn’t want to refund my money. We had to purchase another set of tickets from the museum directly
Stay away from Viator. The day was ruined 😡

We booked through Viator as it seems to indicated that we could skip the line and no need to wait. (See high light from the photo) this was not the case as we still needed to queue up and just that the line was shorter. After waiting to our turn to enter, the guard said that our tickets (with QR code) was not the right ticket. I purposed asked the tour operator in advancement if I needed to go to the office to redeem the voucher and the response was no (see photo). It appears that she forgot to send me the ticket via email so we had to go there last minutes and lost in total almost 1 hour included the waiting time. Another surprise was when we got the ticket, the operator said it was not an audio tour but just ordinary ticket. So I was misled again (see photo) as I paid €10 more euro for each ticket (together with the cruise) for no added value. We would better off bought our ticket online ourselves.

This was a terrible experience. Viator did not send us clear information about where to pick up our tickets, so, when we arrived at the Louvre, we had to pay out of pocket. I subsequently called Viator, explained the situation, and attempted to get a refund. I was repeatedly placed on hold and forced to speak to a series of unhelpful people. When Management finally got back to me, they refused to refund me. I would not recommend Viator under ANY circumstances.

Please be warned. They did not send through the tickets they did not respond to me. Was a complete waste of money. Travelling across the world I wanted to be prepared with my family but they just ruined my time and I managed to get tickets on the spot thankfully but will never use this service again and will make sure no one i know also doesn't use this!

Excellent tour, there were no longer tickets for sale at the traditional ticket office, this option helped us a lot to get to know the Museum, since we were only in the city for a few days.

I think the service itself was just OK because it is the same as an individual ticket. However, I choose to enter at 14:00 and there was really long line to go through the security at the entrance. It took me more than one hour! It was the worst experience in Paris.

Don’t use Viator to purchase your tickets for the Louvre!!! They make you go to their office to pick them up and finding this is not easy!

On an intensely crowded day in Paris and especially at the Louvre, we were able to easily enter and enjoy the museum. This was a very worthwhile ticket! Wow.
