Start your visit with the most beautiful museum in the world: the Louvre.

With your priority access ticket, you can quickly enter the museum and discover masterpieces such as the Venus de Milo, the Victory of Samothrace, the Raft of the Medusa or the famous Mona Lisa.

Thanks to your audio guide, you will be able to benefit from written, audio and video contents dedicated to the works and the museum itself.

Then go to the Arc de Triomphe, a monument built under Napoleon at the beginning of the 19th century that dominates the famous Avenue des Champs Elysées. Your audio guide will allow you to learn more about the history of this Roman-inspired structure and to enjoy a magnificent 360-degree panorama of the City of Light from the roof.

Important: the date and time you select when booking your tour corresponds to your visit to the Louvre Museum. Tickets for the Arc de Triomphe, on the other hand, can be used on the day and time of your choice.

We were very disappointed with the tour package we picked. It was not stated clearly that we would need to download the audio tour on our phones until we received an email the night before. We were not equipped with headphones for our phones and had to purchase. It didn’t end there, we couldn’t download the app past 70% so needless to say we could not get the audio to tour the Louve (which is a must for what there is to see).
So this tour package also included tickets to climb to the top of the Arc de Triumph. Well, the tickets that were emailed to us were not valid for use. The booth operator at the Arc was extremely helpful and tried to help us download but the downloaded tickets were still not valid. We had to return to the back of the line and repurchase. I am hoping to receive a refund for that part of the tour and for the Louve (or at least partial - tour operator has yet to respond).
I would recommend going directly to the source for tickets and not throw a third party.

We had a very difficult time entering the Louvre. Tried opening the PDF tickets attached to their email but they kept going to a promotional website. Others in my party experienced the same frustration. Tried for 20 minutes.
Cannot open the PDF Arc de Triumph ticket either. Leaving Paris and did not get to experience the Arc.
Lost time at Louvre. Only way we got in was the person at the ticket window realized our frustration and saw the PDF items. She let us in.
Four of us Very disappointed.

The view from the top of the Arch is great. Getting up there not so good. Narrow stairway and crowded.

The tourguide did not arrive nor did he send me a confirmation letter with a starting point.
Needless to say i have spend 3 hours hanging around the Louvre in the hope he will arrive and I could have the tour.. I have missed the opportunity to see the louvre inside and wasted alot of money

Easy to find just north of the river Seine. The lines to get in are next to the Pyramid. There’s not a lot of signage to direct you here though. The line moved fairly quickly (we waited 15mins) and through security was easy.

Once in the entrance hall it was a bit confusing where to go but we found the museum entrance up the escalator.

The museum itself was incredible. Beautiful paintings, sculptures and artefacts. The place is huge. We spent 2-3 hours here but could have spent longer. Many of the art descriptions are both in French and English. For those that are not in English or your native language, use the translate function on your phone. Some areas are busier than others, especially the Mona Lisa room but we found it a very pleasant experience.

There is an audio guide that can be downloaded but it is not the easiest to navigate and if your phone automatically locks after a minute then the audio guide stops. If you go onto another app eg to take a photo then you have to open the whole guide again. I gave up in the end.

Overall a fantastic experience and a must do.

Really glad we got skip the line tickets…helped at Arc de Triumph as well. The audio guide was good, but maybe needs some tips like when you enter a particular section the items reported will be in order of their presence.
