Violette is absolutely sensational - never had such a fun, down to earth, yet ridiculous knowledgeable tour. Violette exceeded al our expectations by far!
It was an amazing experience, she is like a walking history encyclopedia, with all the juicy details. Not only that, she also is an professional entertainer and knows how to tell engaging stories that stick.

Our tour guide Violet was a delightful gift to all four of us! She made us feel totally comfortable in a busy environment with her sence of humor and calm presence.
Violet's knowledge about art history was femnonminal! Not only did she point out interesting facts, but also gave us back stores pertaining to particular art pieces and their creators.
The only problem we had was saying goodbye to Violet, we left wanting more.
That's a good thing. 😄

Violette was magical!! Not only is she incredibly insightful and knowledgeable, but she’s so passionate about the work and the history of the pieces!! Her English was perfect, she’s gorgeous and truly made my trip to the Louvre the most memorable part of my trip to Paris! I will definitely book her again when I’m back!!! Best guide in Paris!!!

Every aspect of this tour was excellent. Our guide, Violette, was exceptional, well informed, possesses extensive understanding and knowledge of art, history and the Louvre. Our itinerary included a photo of where to meet, and we met 5 minutes early. Entrance to the museum was easy. Violette had injured her knee the day before our tour, however this did not deter or slow her down, and we saw everything we expected to see and more. The tour was well paced, and Violette provided time for us to enjoy the tour and the experience. Prior to the tour, Adam assisted with some art research that I am doing, and this was above and beyond what I could expect. Violette knew the museum well, and was skilled at moving us through and around the vast crowds with ease, to make the very best of our time. I highly recommend Fat Cat Tours.

Our Louvre guide, Nancy, was extremely knowledgeable about the art at the Louvre. In addition, she had an infectious passion for the art. I have been on many art tours and this was, by far, the best. I highly recommend this tour with Nancy!

My friends and I were fortunate to have 3 tours scheduled with Violette this past April. We visited several amazing sites in Paris on our first tour. Violette’s incredible knowledge of every single place we visited in the city; coupled with her ability to share stories on every corner we passed -was truly an experience of a lifetime. Simply beautiful. Our 2nd tour was a trip to Versailles. Violette met us by the Eiffel Tower and traveled with us to Versailles. Her attention to detail is indescribable. We had the privilege of viewing the immense structures inside Versailles and the beautiful gardens and fountains that surrounded the grounds. Words cannot even begin to explain the beauty of everything we were able to see. Violette shared information throughout the entire tour. Again, amazing! Our 3rd and final tour was a visit to the Louvre. The experience continued to be top notch as we skipped the line to enter. We took countless pictures of paintings, jewels and sculptures; however nothing compares to seeing everything in person. Having a tour guide share stories along the way makes all the difference.
I highly recommend Violette for any and all experiences/tours that you have on your must-do list. Her historical knowledge is a gift that should be shared with everyone!

Our tour of the Louvre, guided by Violette, was absolutely perfect. My wife and I were visiting for the first time and admittedly were a little weary of the the potential for long waits and large crowds that seem to be part of the Louvre experience. My uncle recommended we try Fat cat tours, as he had used them while on a trip to Paris last year and was very pleased with his experience. The overall experience was great from start to finish. We had excellent communication during and after the booking process and then the tour itself was fantastic. It did help that we went on Friday evening, which is one of the less busy times to go. Violette did a great job of assessing our personal objectives for the tour and went above and beyond to ensure we got what we came for. We thoroughly enjoyed the history of the Louvre itself in addition to the many amazing pieces of art it houses. We would definitely use Fat Cat again on future trips.

Best tour guide! Entertaining and interesting storytelling took us through key areas of the Louvre. Walked away with a much greater appreciation of the artwork and masters who created it. Definitely recommend joining Team Adam!
