The service was very good. We were able to find the shuttle with ease at the airport and the staff members were friendly. The van was a little worn and with rattles, but we got to the hotel comfortably. Pricing was very reasonable.

Awesome experience to and from our resort! My husband and I travelled with our 15 month old son, so we had 6 pieces of luggage. The van was nice and roomy so we didn’t feel like we were taking up the whole thing! The staff was friendly, professional, and shared a lot of knowledge about the area. Next time we come to Cabo we will book again!

We always use Gray Line Los Cabos for our airport transfers when we visit Cabo. They're reliable, safe, friendly, economical, and easy to use. Most especially this time, we very much enjoyed our trip with the driver, David, back to the airport from the resort. He was funny and engaging and lifted our mood as we were a little down from having to return home to the real world after our vacation.

The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and safe driver. The company gives good advice to avoid the timeshare vultures on the way out of the airport. This was a pleasant experience and the price is competitive. I would definitely use this company again.

We had to wait for our ride from the airport but very prompt pick up from hotel. Both drivers were very courteous and informative.

The pickup was pretty slow arriving at the airport - 20 minute wait - but once it arrived all was good. They do fill the van so if you want a direct to your resort ride this isn’t it - but they drop in order of location so honestly it isn’t a huge delay. The hotel pickup was smoother. Please note they will likely tell you one time when they really mean 30 minutes later - but this is because tourists are always later than they intend to be and the van doesn’t want to be waiting ten minutes with a bunch of people already in the van.
