We had to wait maybe 25 to 30 minutes for the ride, it was expected. The price was definitely a plus. We were given our return trip info while we waited. That put my mind at some ease.

Late picking us up, and the shuttle was very old. Tried to make me come in person to confirm pickup for no reason at their hours while I was at a wedding. Hard pass!

I was supposed to be picked up from the resort at 1pm to catch my flight at 3:55. I was waiting out front at 12,:30 no one came. I had to take taxi at 1:45. Refund please.

I paid for a private transfer rather than a shared ride on both legs of the trip. The ride was fine, but the point is that I paid extra to have a private transfer. Additionally, I had to reach out multiple times to the operator (Cabo Gray lines) before they finally responded to confirm the return transportation time. In the past, I have always been given that information up front during the first leg, but I had to stress out not knowing if the transportation would pick me up up until the morning of pickup. I requested to be provided a refund to reflect the difference in cost between a private transfer and a shared ride, and the operator told me to contact Viator directly which I can’t seem to figure out how to do. No response on the chat that I tried.

I waited for my airport pick up at the airport in a very crowded disorganized line. My van pulled up I had 2 suitcases and 2 smaller bags. the driver asked which hotel I was staying at I told him and he said I was the first drop off and I needed to get in van. He said he would put my bags in last. I should have gotten in van last too! I sat in van without being able to watch him load my bags BIG MISTAKE! I had my purse with me but my carry on duffel disappeared. They claim no responsibility! NEVER LET YOUR BAGS OUT OF YOUR SIGHT! In hindsight I thought it was weird that he told me to get in van first. When I was first drop off. I think it is a planned rip off!
