Our guide Suzan’s was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The walk (longer than anticipated) was quite interesting as to personal aspects of Churchill. At the end of the walk we arrived at The Churchill Underground War Rooms. They are a fascinating and informative presentation as to how the British waged WWII. The rooms are extensive and require much time to view and absorb all that is there.

The War Room museum is great! However, if the explanation of the tour had stated 2 hours walking before I would not have booked it. The guy Kate was ok but I can walk the fashion district myself. Who cares where Churchill bought his personal items. Not the first Viator that was misleading In itinerary!!

The underground bunker rooms were amazing! Loved the timeline of Churchill’s life. Did not love the walking tour before going to the bunkers. Places visited were his shoe store, shirt shop, cigar store, etc. the walk took a long time. Our guide was very nice but the tour was not worth the money. Should have just bought tickets at the site.

We were unfortunately underwhelmed by the tour and did not find it very educational or enjoyable. While we had a great time at the Churchill War Rooms and the Churchill Museum, those parts are simply with an audio guide and can be done on their own. The initial part of the tour was exactly as it's described on the website: "see where Churchill bought his shoes, smoked cigars, etc" but without any additional context, such that there was practically zero information about who Churchill was, what he did, or any insight into his unique personality. It was like checking off a list of seeing where he happened to shop at various points but without the explanation of any of it. Unfortunately we were looking forward to this tour very much and I hate to write a negative review but I know it would have saved me the time and money had I seen one like this so it's an important service.
The guide we had was a nice guy and seemed to have a lot of knowledge, but didn't share any information about Churchill without being asked, and even then limited amounts.
