Carlos was our driver. The ride was smooth. He was on time for pick up and offered to give us a sight seeing map of London personalized to where we were staying. Friendly. I would recommend and would choose this company again.

This was a convenient way to go see Stonehenge. The instructions to get to the bus were wrong, sending us to Victoria underground Station instead of the Coach Station. We had to scramble to get there in time. The air conditioning in the bus did not work properly in the way back.

Great ride in a comfortable air conditioned bus. Best way to see Stonehenge at your own pace. I did see a lot people got left by their bus, just make sure you have ample time to find your gate and wait for further instructions. Go into the Victoria Coach Station and proceed to your designated gate or platform.

Beautiful day to see Stonehenge spoiled by excruciating bus ride through narrow lanes that should have never been used during our return trip. Took over 3 hours to return to London and were not even dropped off at the station where our trip originated from! No tour representative available on the bus. Bus driver was left to handle everything and left 20 minutes late waiting for no show customers who, when found, decided to stay and take a later bus to return.

Driver was very nice and accomodating. I think that 2 hours was sufficient time to see Stonehenge, but I would like to have gotten closer, though no fault of the tour.

We were a few minutes late - they called to verify we were still coming, told us they'd hold the bus. Arrived 3 mins later and were told she'd already sent the bus along.Appeared as though she was trying to be gone when we got there. IF we hadn't been told they'd hold the bus for us I'd feel differently, tried to sell me later tour, asked for refund, no one will return calls!
