Our guide was quite well-informed, cheerful and engaging. She was able to speak authoritatively about both the WW II years and current issues of concern to the English populace. She guided our group well through crowded areas of the streets.
I would have been helpful to have a bit of intro to how to use the audio guides we were provided by the War Room staff.

Richard was a knowledgeable and professional tour guide. His insights and story-telling ability made our tour fascinating! Our personal favorite part was Richard’s description of the Battle of Britain. He used great pictures and audio files to really bring his discussion alive! Having been a tour guide myself, I can appreciate a true professional. Thank you!!

Very informative tour and well worth the time. It was very interesting to walk through the bunker and see where Churchill’s headquarters were located. It’s a great immersive experience.

This was super good tour guide was exceptional, she had great detail beside the damp weather. Highly recommend this to anyone that is wwii history buff. Churchill was very important history forgive and tour of the war rooms are impressive.

Second time spending the morning with Francis, who once again proved exceptional with his knowledge base, humor, and always checked in to make sure everyone was happy. War rooms were unbelievable in their depth depicting the life of Churchill. Would highly recommend!

Although I mistakenly signed up for the tour instead of only a visit to the war room, I was so pleased at the opportunity to have the guided tour with Nathan. He was knowledgeable and friendly and had a great sense of humor. I have recommended this tour for future visits from the University or Milwaukee Osher Life Long Learning program
