The people who work at the London Eye were friendly, and helpful. I couldn’t get my tickets up with a scan code and they sent me to a very helpful young man that printed my tickets, with a warm , friendly smile! The view was amazing. I know it’s not their fault but I wish very young children would be put in a car with other children so they don’t disturb adults trying to enjoy the experience without unruly kids( parents fault really)

Omg what a wonderful experience I travelled from Liverpool to London with my friend who lives in London I have had a full week wish I could stay longer though also it would of been great to have gone around twice loved every minute I would recommend anyone to try this and well worth the money

Amazing view. one of the best tourist attractions in my opinion. And I loved the audio guide who basically showed us around in all of london. Definitely recommended😊😊😍😍

What a fun experience. Seeing London from atop a steady yet moving capsule was a lot of fun.
We weee able to see various areas of the city and enjoy the sights.
I highly recommend the Fast Pass as well. It made the event less stressful.

Very organized and efficient boarding process. The ride itself was very enjoyable with fantastic views. This is a great way to get an overview of the city in a spectacular way. Would choose to do again!

Went with family and everyone enjoyed the experience. The sunset was magic from atop the eye and our guide Patricia really had good energy and made the experience pleasant.

The views were excellent. The fast track name lived up to expectations. Only issue was that the cabins are a little bit hot on a sunny spring day.
