Ed was wonderful on our day trip to the highlands from Edinburgh. We are a family of 3 with a 3 year old. He was warm and welcoming and even brought a car seat for our son. His car is clean and well maintained and very comfortable. Ed was willing to accommodate our preferences and change our scheduled distillery to Oban. He is a safe driver and had a lot of trivia to entertain us throughout our 12 hours together. Would highly recommend him for a comfortable and knowledgeable tour of the highlands.

Our tour guide, Ed, picked us up promptly with a Mercedes van that rode comfortably. We got ahead of the tour buses, so the entire adventure was spent one step in front of the crowd. We love the private tour as with 5 people it was only marginally more expensive than if we had done the bus tour with a large group. That cost was defrayed by the driver picking us up from a hotel that was outside the city of Edinburgh, so we didn't have to pay for transportation to get to a central meeting point. We got to the restrooms first, lunch first and were done when we said we were done. Ed was very informative and took us to places the bus tours couldn't go due to size. His entre day was spent making our trip more enjoyable. If you are in Scotland and want to see the beauty of Scotland, give this tour a try.

Memorable experience. Our guide was nice and professional. Gave us a lot of information about Scottish history and the highlands. It was a pleasant experience despite the rain. We were taken around in a very comfortable van and basic things like water and napkins were provided. He even let us change the itinerary after we started the tour. A must go tour if visiting Scotland.

Wonderful tour!! The scenery is amazing and Ed was very accommodating in honoring our random requests. He shared a lot of history and interesting facts along the way - the ride was smooth and the van is top-notch! Highly recommend!!

This was the best way for our group of 7 to see the most of Scotland we could in our short time here. Ed was amazing! He was super informative and didn’t mind our crazy sense of humor. The car was immaculate and we always felt comfortable and safe. He never let us miss a sight we needed to see. He was a great driver too. He also took us to the perfect place to see the Harry Potter train. We really could not have gotten a better experience!
