Lovely guide, told us she was new to the job, but you wouldn’t have known that! Alan was cheerful and safe driver and went out of his way to get us good views for photos. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience

We LOVED our guide, Natalie! She made a long, 10+ hour trip fly by with stories, fascinating history and an awesome surprise! We got off to a bad start with mechanical issues with the bus, but it was soon forgotten as we drove thru spectacular scenery and stopped for wonderful sites. Thank you SO much Natalie!!

The tour was delayed 1 hour and everything was not according to the plan. The guide/ drriver tried to reach everithing in time. However, when we got to Sterling Castle, we were too late and not allowed to enter.

The guide was lovely but the tour was a disaster from start to finish. Began two hours late because a bus broke down, didn’t have time for lunch, castle was closed by the time we got to it. Shocked that the company didn’t refund all of us on the spot, but I guess I’ll have to call and complain for that to happen. Again, the guide was lovely, this was all out of her control. She was friendly and engaging.

While we enjoyed our guide and the lovely scenery, the tour left Edinburgh over an hour and a half late. While I understand “things happen” communication about the delay was not relayed to the line for over 40 minutes. Instead organizers spoke only to a few people at the front of the queue. When we were told about the delay, we were repeatedly told “15 more minutes”, several times over.

We were told that we would do the tour in reverse and extend the tour by an hour to avoid short changing any sites. This lead to a kerfuffle on Loch Lomand where the cruise time extended our allotted time, an extraordinarily rushed lunch visit, and Stirling Castle (the reason I booked this experience) being closed when we got there.

While the guide was apologetic and attempted to make the best of a bad situation, and while I understand that things don’t go according to plan…it did not seem as though anyone who was organizing the tour cared to give information to the customers, nor think through the altered itinerary enough to ensure that a major venue would be closed.

Overall we did enjoy the day…but at over 12 hours, and missed and rushed experiences I would have chosen a different option.

Great trip to see more of Scotland from Edinburgh! Our tour guide, Scott, made the experience even better. Definitely recommend!

We all loved the Loch Lomond Tour. Our driver was Peter. He was very knowledgable about the different areas and so witty. Over all a wonderful day!

Views were spectacular! Sterling castle was beautiful. My tour bus driver John made everything so fun, he was cracking jokes and had such a good spirit and attitude. We are booking another tour for this coming Sunday and I’m hoping to receive him as my driver once again.

We loved seeing the kelpies and the hairy coos. We felt very rushed with every stop. So that part was hard. We even had to eat our lunch on the bus. Our guide however was great, very informative and even played some lovely music.
