Access to the Sundeck is limited to the first 52 people, corresponding to the number of its seats and in accordance with the Ship Safety Rules. All rules are imposed by a certified entity.
There is a limited number of blankets on board, so it is convenient for guests to bring warm clothes for the tour on chill days.
The snacks offered do not correspond to a dinner.

We loved seeing Lisbon from the water as the sun set over the city. This was the last activity we did on our family tour of Lisbon and it was a perfect wrap-up because we knew what we were looking at in terms of the main buildings and landmarks. The servers were excellent and very polite. The food was okay for appetizers. After the cruise we went to dinner as a family because we were still hungry but that was to be expected. Fun time!

2 hour cruise with snacks and wine. Everything was great except the weather. As it rained we could not go to the upstairs outdoor deck. It was easy to find, easy to get ticketed and easy to board. Crew was polite and helpful. Would recommend with better weather.

The first part was okay. You see a lot places of interest from a nice perspective.
The wines were awful, I would recommend to take a beer or water because the ones from those mini bottles are terrible. Portugal has so much good wine and with 50+ people on board you should pour at least an okay wine out of a 75cl bottle. The worst part was the arrival at the gate again. It took over an hour (!!!) for the so called captain to bring the ship close enough to the jetty in order to let the passengers leave the ship. No information was given by the staff. I had to approach them myself and got told, that they have a new captain who is inexperienced with the ship. How can you do that?! I've been on ships in several countries and I never ever experienced anything like this! Horrible! Over one hour to late we were finally able to leave the ship. Not recommandable!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had that there were about 20 teenagers on board. Curious why they would go on this cruise. It would have been better without them as they took up most of the great view and comfortable seating.

Boat poorly maintained and with poor hygiene in the women's bathroom.
What was served was bad (peanuts not even 100g, olives, two fillets (really fillet) of three types of bread and a 200ml drink (water OR wine OR juice), ONE unit per person. I felt cheated.

We had a very pleasant time on a beautiful evening. It was a relaxing ride on the river. It was a little surprising that no commentary was given about passing sights and no announcement was made about process — the procedure for getting drinks and snacks. Als:o, people get:ting on the boat later couldn’t find seats and though among the first served, we got the last white wine.
