Narration on bus did not work, so with description lacking, it was hard to enjoy the trip.
The Boart cruise was the best part and well run.

Whenever I visit a new city I take the local Red bus tour as an introduction to the city The narration on the Lisbon city tour was abysmal. We passed by so many interesting looking places but heard nothing but music on our earphones.
So disappointed.

As we only had 2 days in Lisbon, we wanted to see as much of the city as we could, so bought an all-in-one ticket. We did the Belém bus tour, the red tourist tram 28, the river cruise and also used the yellow public tram 28.
I booked tickets online, but couldn’t initially use the online ticket on my phone on the public tram 28. We were asked to get off the tram and go and get a paper ticket from the information desk at Metro station at Martin Moniz. When we got there, we were told to go to tourist information in Rossi; when we got there, it was shut! I contacted Yellow Bus via their chat line and was given the same information! We then went to the Yellow bus tour start near Rossio to ask. The woman there was very helpful and explained we needed to get the online QR code scanned and would then be given a paper ticket, which she did for us. Problem solved! Maybe I missed this information on the website, but if you do buy an online ticket, go to the bus tour start to get your paper ticket first. After that, it was easy to use the ticket on all the tours and the public trams.
The Belém bus tour and the river cruise were both very pleasant ways to spend a few hours seeing the city from different perspectives. You can hop- on and off the buses at various landmarks to explore at your leisure, you can also get off the river cruise at Belém. However I would not recommend the Red tourist tram. We knew that it was not hop-on hop-off, but were not prepared for just how dull this was. It was frequently stuck in traffic or blocked by parked cars, which although is true of any tram, we weren’t allowed off! We went passed our hotel at one point and asked if we could get off, but were told no, even though there was a tram stop outside!
However it is definitely worth getting on the public yellow tram 28 and getting off at Graça to take in the view from the Igreja de Graça. We then walked down to Alfama, then to Castelo de S. Jorge, before walking back to Praça do Comércio.
As long as you get your paper ticket sorted first and avoid the Red tourist tram, I would definitely recommend an all in one ticket as a really good way of seeing as much of Lisbon as you can, if you only have a couple of days.

Loved how much of the city I was able to see. It helped me decide what areas I wanted to see more of and its distance apart from each other. Not to mention by having multiple days, I did not have to try to cram it all in one day.

The pickup spot signs are difficult to find. The voice recording is out of sync with the pickup/stops. The recording also often doesn't let you know which stop is coming up in advance. The drivers often barely slow down for a stop. We've used hop on hop off tours in many places throughout Europe and the US and this is the worst.

I was only able to take 2 bus tours. The ride was comfortable and the narration was clear. There needs to be information on how to get the boat and tram.

I loved the trips and the way the tour guide explained. It helped me to choose the right activities for me. Sadly, I was not able to use the Tram. :(

Red tram was an excellent way to see all around the town, but not a hop on or off. The yellow 28e allows for this but is also local transport so it is very crowded. The buses didn't run too frequently, but the boat tour ran on schedule and was great. Attempted several times for Santa justa but lines too long.

We went through just the Lisbon your inspite of having the ticket valid for 72h. The tour took us through the importantmonuments. We got off at Oceannia and spend the day there. Thatwasfabulous.

Worst city bus tour I've been on. 2 sides of city very boring and not worth spending 1.5 hrs each day on bus. Trams are better or tuk tuks.
