Great way to see lisbon. The Belem tour has more to see than the modern one but the combo ticket with both as well as the river boat tour is great value.

Sitting upstairs on the open air, gave you an un obstructive view of everything. The bus took a wonderful route where you got to see all of the interesting destinations as well as giving you the ability to take the boat ride, and do the tram. well worth the money.

Buses / Boats/ trams were all there but schedules not frequent enough to be called “hop on hop off”. Perhaps more clarity in the website would have been helpful.

Tram tour: very authentic, we really liked it!
Blue and purple tours: warn people in the event of a change of route.
Boat tour: why not make 1 stop on the other side of the Tagus?

The Yellow Bus tours were excellent, as they provided my spouse and I an overview of the Lisbon area, including the river tour. The tours also provide headphones and a choice of multiple languages for passengers to understand the city's highlights during the tours. The tour operators were very helpful and professional. I/we highly commend Yellow Bus tours. Thanks very much!

We enjoyed all 3 tours that we took, our favourite being the red tram hills tour. It's a good saving when you book the ticket online and it's easy to collect your physical ticket from the yellow bus kiosk. The tours give you the opportunity to see many aspects of Lisbon. The audio on the bus tours is interesting and very informative. The red tram driver was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to give us interesting facts about the area and about the tram itself. The boat tour was very relaxing and gave great views of the city and the River Tagus, again with information given about the key sites on the trip.
We also used our ticket to take a ride on one of the funiculars and on the Santa Justa lift. All in all, great value and well worth it for a city break in Lisbon.

This is the worst hop-on, hop-off company I ever travelled with. We had a 3-day pass code on my phone, plus a printed copy. The initial bus driver scanned the code on my phone and issued us one flimsy receipt. At no point did he say it was the ONLY way you are then able to travel for the duration. If you lose or damage your flimsy paper receipt, where the QR code won't scan, there is absolutely no contingency plan and the driver will not accept your 3 day phone/printed pass. Basically, we spent over 80 euros to take one trip on a yellow bus, got our ticket soaking wet in the TORRENTS that happened that first morning (27th March 2024) and that was the end of our free trams, river cruise, elevator ticket, and discounts to various places. It was a complete rip-off, with NO after sales service or flexibility. NEVER use this company - there are plenty of others in Lisbon!

It would have been nice if the buses hadn't been hopelessly overcrowded by midday. This meant that the timetable could no longer be kept. Instead of the promised 20 minutes, I had to wait over 45 minutes for the next bus, only to then not be able to get on. I just continued on foot, which was a shame.
